Sorry for being late, it was hard finding a ship for this entrance. So, before we begin let's go through the basics. Tell me all you know about water release. Include its uses, forms, elemental strengths and weaknesses, and possible results when mixed with other elements.

Water release or as known as Suiton is one of the five basic elements . Its techniques allow the user to manipulate the water on an area , or create their own by turning their chakra into water . However it takes much more skill or ability to create your own water than to manipulate the pre-existing water . Suiton techs can change shape and state as well . Basically when I think about Suiton , I immediately think of something who's free , fast and everywhere , water .
Suiton is mostly common on Kirigakure .
Relationships with other elements .
-Suiton is superior to Katon , since it's natural that the water cools down the fire .
-Suiton is inferior to Doton , as the earth can block/absorb water .
-Suiton can be used with Raiton , as it can incerase the flow of eletricity , also it can be used with Fuuton , as it can incerase its power .
-Suiton is a component of the following KG : Ice Release, Wood Release, Storm Release, and Boil Release .

That's correct but there are more ways water interacts with other elements. When fire heats water to a high temperature it evaporates creating steam which is another KG. Also earth saturated with enough water creates mud. Now that you have enough info we can move on to jutsu. Feel free to ask any questions you have.
Since you've never molded suiton chakra before try acquiring a strong mental image of the nature of water (a description of water's characteristics) and mold a portion of your chakra to mimic that nature. Then channel suiton chakra into a water source and manipulate it with your chakra to create a small wave. After that, try raising water in the form of a small wall and then shooting a small water blast from the water source. That's the basic suiton jutsu. It could also be done without a water source by converting suiton chakra into water released from your mouth, hands, etc. When you're done with the first three try it without a water source.

Kladara went to a near lake . It was small but had enough water to perform the jutsu . Now Kladara tried to close his eyes and think about water , how water can be calm , and yet in the same time can be furious , how water can be easily controlled and yet at same times hard to controll . After thinking those , Kladara felt calm , probably this moment was when he felt most relieved on his life , he finally felt how being one with the water feels like . Then he opened his eyes and started to gather chakra and mold it into water nature . He then channelled the molded chakra into this small lake , which would later cause a small wave . After this , he tried to turn that very water on the form of a wall , and then shooted a small blast of water . After doing this , he stepped a little back and started to gather chakra again , while releasing he used nature manipulation to turn the chakra into water one , and then shape manipulation to create a water source from that chakra , enough to make the same things as he did with the water of the lake .
Kladara went to a near lake . Starting to focus and gather chakra , he then channelled that chakra onto the actual water . Using shape manipulation on his chakra , he created small waves that would move slowly . After this , he turned the water to normal and then once again started to use shape manipulation , this time to create a wall made of water . He felt calm as he finally begun to have a connection with the water itself . Now Kladara had to shoot small blasts . He concentrated more chakra , and by manipulating it he started to slowly shoot small blasts of water that would go 2 m away from him . Successfully doing this , now he had to perform this jutsu without a water source . He took portion of his chakra and by using nature manipulation he created a water source . Then from it he again would do the same process , but this was a little harder as he had to control the water source perfectly too .
Not bad. Here's one a bit different than the last. First, send suiton chakra into any source of water and raise some into the air while separating the water particles. This would allow them to hang in the air as a thick mist covering an area used to conceal your position. Try it out. By focusing suiton chakra in your lungs and converting it to water you could also expel the same mist from your mouth.

Aoi gathered raw chakra into his body and by manipulating it formed water chakra , which then with a little effort he would channell this chakra into a water source . By such thing , he raised some of the water into air and by using shape manipulation he split the water in a lot of particles . This would allow the water to hang in the air in the form of a thick mist which covers the entire area of Aoi's and his enemy . This jutsu is mainly used to hid yourself from the enemy when you're in danger , or use this and perform a surprising attack which can damage the enemy . Aoi then started to mold water chakra and by repeating the same process he was able to perform the same mist from his mouth .
Great. Now i want you to gather suiton chakra in your hand and produce water condensed to form a solid sword you can use just like a normal sword. There's your target.

Aoi started to gather suiton chakra and spread it to his chakra points that were in his dominant (right) arm . Doing this , he used nature manipulation to create water from that chakra and then shape manipulaion to create a solid sword made of water which can possibly deal a decent damage to enemies . Finishing doing this , Aoi rushed to the target which looks like Ushiro and stabbed through his stomach with the sword .
Aoi firstly gathered chakra in his body and started to manipulate it , which later he would send it to his arm . Then by controlling chakra he managed to release it by using shape manipulation to create a shield made of water that can protect from any incoming projectiles or weak Taijutsu attacks . Then Aoi saw Ushiro throwing three kunais at him . By manipulating the shield with chakra , Aoi moved it on that particular part the kunai were aimed . Doing this he had completed protecting from kunais , but there was no time to get happy . As soon as Aoi saw above , Ushiro was already there in the air trying to perform a flying kick . Now Aoi quickly manipulated the shield and raised it in the air , in such way to block Ushiro's kick .

Ok. Now perform the Rat, Dog, and Ox handseals. Like the previous technique, produce water in your hand and apply shape manipulation to form a long cord of water used to lash your target like a whip or bind them by wrapping their limbs. An appropriate lightning technique may be channeled through the cord to deliver a shock to the enemy like the Lightning Release technique. Catch that guy! T^T

Description: The user After performing the required hand seals Ram → Tiger spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.
For this jutsu, perform the Tiger handseal and transform pre-existing water into a clone of yourself to fight for you and even perform water jutsu. The downside is the clone cannot be further than short range from you without reverting back into water. The same happens when it takes enough damage. Try it out and have your clone perform a jutsu.

Hearing the senpai , Aoi started to perform Rat , Dog and Ox handseals and manipulated chakra in such way to channell it into his hands , then turning it to water chakra . After this he used shape manipulation to create a long cord from it which then he used it like a whip to bind the target which was trying to escape . Finishing doing this , with the other hand Aoi manipulated lighting chakra as well as using shape man. to create a lighting which then this will be channelled to the water cord and it will reach up to the target , which will be shocked .

Right after 1st tech , aoi firstly weaved through Ram and Tiger . As he saw 3 Peins dashing at him he then channelled suiton chakra onto his mouth he spitted out a sticky liquid by using shape manipulation . By manipulating it , he sent this sticky water substance beneath the enemies legs , which this would restrict their movement and as well as using chakra on their feet . This jutsu is mainly used to distract or "bind" someone to give you a chance for any raiton technique that can be channelled into the sticky liquid .
Aoi performed the tiger handseal and used a near water source to transform it into a clone of himself which obviously was made of water . He then somehow baited the enemy to land on the water area . Doing this , Aoi was at an advantage since he had his clone to use him as a tool to keep the enemy busy . By manipulating his chakra , which automatically makes the clone chakra being molded too , he allowed the clone to dash to the enemy as well as make him perform the water whip jutsu to bind the enemy and give the chance Aoi to channel raiton chakra and finish him off , plus that they were in a water source gives Aoi more advantage .

Well done. Now focus suiton chakra in a nearby water source and manipulate the water, compressing it into multiple pointed streams directed at your target. The spinning motion and density of the streams make this technique more lethal than most water jutsu. If your enemy is standing on water you could even attack from any angle you wish. There's your target.

Aoi started to mold his chakra and then channell it into the nearby water source , where he himself was standing along with the floating Pain . By using shape manipulation , Aoi slowly started to create several water streams that would look like mini vortexes . Because their movement were spiral one , the damage they would land on the enemy would be kinda high . Then Aoi started to add more water streams to the already attacked enemy , because in a water source , you can create them from any angle as long as you have enough chakra , this is what makes this jutsu versatile .

Excellent. Now i want you to perform the Bird, Rat, Ox, Monkey, Rat, and Snake handseals before sending suiton chakra throughout the sky and creating rainclouds. The rain falling from the clouds should be infused with your chakra which is linked to your senses, allowing you to detect the chakra of someone the rain falls on. Performing the seals again stops the rain. Would you like to play a game? Pick the right door.

Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.
Next, perform the Snake, Ram, Horse, Hare, Ram, Horse, and Hare handseals. Then hold your hands out towards a target close to you while near a source of water. Manipulate the water to engulf your target in a sphere dense enough that your target can't move and will eventually drown. However, to maintain this jutsu one of your hands must be inside of the orb. Alternatively the water may be spit from the mouth instead. Try it on this guy.

Description: This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water by waving the Snake → Ram → Horse → Hare → Ram → Horse → Hare → Hands spread in front palms out. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Aoi starts to perform the necessary handseals [ Bird > Rat > Ox > Monkey > Rat > Snake] and molded his Water based chakra . He then raised his hands up to the sky , sending the gathered chakra up there and creating rainclouds . After a few moments , it started to rain . Then Aoi saw Pein pointing out a random wall which had three doors . I understand the question . Manipulating his chakra , Aoi made the rain to add its density to the area which the wall was . This made Aoi use a lil bit chakra however it was worth since he sensed someone's chakra being behind the door of the wall . Aoi dashed at it and used Raiton chakra to release a purple ish lighting towards the door Pein was , stabbing through him .

As soon as Aoi saw Pein dashing and throwing a kunai , Aoi quickly manipulated his Water chakra and performed the Snake, Ram, Horse, Hare, Ram, Horse, and Hare handseals . Then he took two kunais , one pointed at the incoming kunai and the other pointed at Pein's rinnegan . This said , Aoi had managed to distract the enemy and he finally released the chakra in a form of a water dome/orb . He trapped Pein in the water orb which most likely seems like a water prison . Then Aoi put one of his hands inside it to maintain the chakra as well as fuel the prison . Then he waited till Pein drowned .
Aoi saw the big ass crab trying to attack him and he quickly manipulated his water chakra , sending it throughout his whole body . Then by releasing the chakra he transformed himself into a liquid substance , which helped Aoi avoid/counter the piercing attacks of the crab . Once he did this , Aoi re-transformed himself into his original state again and threw several shurikens pointed at the crab's eyes .
