The 4th Raikage ("The Chariot" link in my sig xd) was meditating upright by a tree, opening his eyes when Kakashi arrived.

"Took you long enough, kid. Are you ready?"

There should have been little miscommunication between both shinobi. Kakashi was here to learn something, and Ay was going to teach it. The latter hoped his student came prepared.

"Suiton is one of the basic elemental nature transformation techniques that allow the user to manipulate pre-existing water, or create their own, by turning their chakra into water.It is common in kirigakure.And its weakness is earth and strong against fire . also it can be conducted with lighting to increase the flow of damage .

It takes much more ability to create the water outside the body than to manipulate what is already available or expel it from their mouths.One of the most versatile of the five basic chakra natures, Water Release techniques can not only change shape but state as well. Moreover, the water becomes more solid in the process as well."

OF course i do , i am going to be the greatest shinobi ever in the history . i will even beat you :3 , no one can stop me . until then i need to know everything i can and master 1000 justsu

*kakashi gives another try, concetrates on his and starts to do the seals as thought , then suddenly something comes out of his hand, looks like its a water ballon kakashi gets amazed , however it fails,

*daamnnn , kakashi tries again but this time he gets a bigger water ballon .
