Description: The user will first perform the Dog hand seal and release his chakra into the atmosphere which will then create an accumulation of large storm clouds in the sky, which in turn produces rain. The large amount of rain falling all around can then be turned into a large wave of water which sweeps the enemy off their feet while wrapping around him and binding him in the flow of water around him. While the targets are trapped in the water, their chakra will slowly be drained away. The water vortex can be sustained and controlled for up to two turns as long as the user keeps the dog hand seal made.

This technique basically states that with the use of 2 handseals, I can create a storm cloud which rain will continuously fall from. I can manipulate the rain into a large wave that ensures the enemy and as long as I maintain the dog seals I'll continuously drain enemy chakra.

By jumping and stabbing the surface with my bladed weapon, I will be ale to force water upwards in a large column. This will protect me and attack foes.

This jutsu allows me to Kamehameha a vortex of water from my palms

Pro- this jutsu is virtually unavoidable since the rain spans across the battlefield. A con is that I must maintain the dog seal to continue draining chakra.

A pro is that this jutsu protects me all around. A con is that I just surrounded myself around water which could be taken advantage of by a lightning style user.

A pro is that this jutsu is a quick, straight forward atack. A con is at a earth defense can easily block it

Droplet SpearSummary: By simply molding water in to a orb,i can release water spikes which will dtab multiple targets. It can also be used as a single attack
Pro : Its fast because it doesn't need handseals. It's also good sine it can attack multiple enemies. Con : With a handful of water , im vvulnerable to getting electrocuted by a raiton attack directly through my hand.

Flowing SpearSummary : By releasing water from my hands and moving them, a water crescent would be the outcome. Also by spinning, I can release multiple crescents from all around me.
Pro : This jutsu is performed by basic movement.
Con : The water is clone to my hand and can be used to increase damage and as a medium when in conjunction with Lightning.

Typhoon Water Vortex
Summary : by using wind style rasengan and water destruction turrent together, I can use them to create a massive typhoon of water which is effective against fire / wind combos.
Pro : It can put out wind and fire combos.
Con: the combo could get cancelled since you have to use 2 separate slots just to create this jutsu.

The technique actually works by forming the Rasengan and water with the usage of allies and clones, so they'd take up the same jutsu slot. If used in the first turn, your opponent wouldn't actually be able to interrupt it.

Description: After doing the needed hand seals Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Ram → Boar → Ox → Horse → Monkey → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Bird, the user will form a gigantic vortex of water in the form of a ring in front of him. It will then shoot a gigantic torrent of water that extends water over a large scale, surges upon impact and rises up to several dozen meters high only to collapse down, forming massive waves all around as it does. The effect is such that as its collapsing it resembles a waterfall, hence the name of the technique. In doing so, it resembles a huge wave, with tremendous power that can hollow out the ground. What remains after that technique's utilization is reminiscent of no less than the aftermath of a natural disaster. This is a considerably advanced ninjutsu, and activating this technique requires a fair amount of chakra. Great Waterfall Techniquesummary: after performing about 20 handseals , I create a vortex water that is directed towards my enemy as a gigantic torrent of water which will rise and them crash down onto the surface.
Pro: This is a large scale water jutsu that allows me to attack multiple enemies or extinguish a large S rank fire. Con: 18 goddamn handseals is too damn high.

Flash grinding destructionsummary: by manipulating the water , I can form it into 4 sharks that will knock my enemy into the air.
Pro: it is quickly executed without the use of seals. Con: it can easily be stopped by an earth or lightning defense.




Giant Wave CrashSummary: by manipulating the water source near me, I can control a large wave without the use of seals. This waves is capable of pushing back bijuu and large summons
Pro: without the use of seals I can summon a large amount of water which is strong enough to force even bijuu backwards. Con: Requires a water source :|

I'm gonna need more cons than just handseals and sources. Also, try to make your pros different than just the summary in slightly different phrasing.

Also, I wouldn't counter that shark jutsu with any lightning. Chances are, you're just gonna have electricity-induced sharks slamming into you. Earth, wind, water itself, and even strong enough fire, are good defenses. Lightning is a tactic you should use very carefully when dealing with water, and vice versa actually.

Hard Whirlpool Water Blade- basically I channel my water chakra under the enemies feet and cause the water source to explode, shooting them into the air before jumping and striking them with a water drill.
Pro- without the use of seals, I am able to surprise my enemy with an explosion from below. ( do I have to use the whirl pool or can I use another jutsu like my S rank sound punch)
Con- since my arm would be coated in water, it would put me at a higher risk of being electrocuted since an enemy can use nagashi after they've been knocked into the air.

Tornado of Water- i simply manipulate aa near by water source to form a tornado around me
Pro- It serves as an offensive and defensive jutsu
Con-Surrounding my self in a water vortex wouldn't look good against a strong lightning style user since they can use the water as a medium for some of their attacks.

Water Encampment Wall by spewing out a stream of water, it will serve as a protective wall which can push back attacking enemies.
ProWhile spewing out the water , I still have a visual on my enemy. This means I have another opportunity to attack and in my case ,I'd most likely continue the stream and use a lightning style jutsu in conjunction with it.
Con an anemy can channel their electricity throughout the water wall and connect it to me, putting me in danger.

Summary: by spewing out a continuous stream of water, I'll push away the enemy and instead of creating a small ocean of water, the water will rise and take the shape of a a large orb.
Pro: My enemy and I are trapped in the orb , the enemy can drown iftrapped for too long.
Con: I can also drown , the enemy uses the orb as a conductor for a lightning jutsu, electrocuting the life out of me.

Summary: by manipulating a nearby water source, I can form a giant water wolf that has B rank destructive jutsu
Pro: this jutsu is good against large summons, or multiple enemies/ clones. Due to its size it can easily overpower weak ass ninja.
Con: it cannot power through strong enough defenses , lasts only 3 turns and can be easily dealt with by A rank or better ninjutsu.

Summary: without seals, I simply swing my arm and trap my enemy within a vortex of water before sending them flying upwards
Pro: can be performed while in close , hand to hand combat on the fly. Also it sets up room for more attacks on a falling enemy.
Con: earth armour can nullify this technique.
