A few things to keep in mind about my training sessions.
1. Don't slack off, pro's and con's only won't do.
3. Any question, let it be of earth or not, ask me if you need to.
4. Enjoy training. Don't worry about fnishing fast, worry about understanding the techniques. ^^

Since we are already near a water source, get in the water and stay calm while you asnwer the following questions:

Stays on the water and feels something on his butt-
Ehh..
Water is an important nutrition inside Narutoverse and outside. All life depends on Water. It is also the five basic elements of Earth, Fire, Wind, and Lightning. It can be forged with the Wind, making Ice release. All begginers always have to have water source near them, or they're dead. Water is strong against fire because the Cool waters tame the heat surface, burning it out. It is weak against Earth because it can disrupt Water currency. It also makes Wood Release, mastering Water and Earth.

Now, close your eyes and focus, let the water move freely around you, then begin to slowly mold your chakra, without losing control, trying to form a new chakra with a water affinity.

*As I close my eyes, i focus my chakra to Water Affinity and channel it to my hands. As i do, the water starts moving and moving around me, feeling swirls of water. As i focus and focus, i then take my hands out, molding chakra and turning to Water Chakra. I then open my eyes, not beliving on what just happened.

Now that you have found your new affinity for water, focus some of your already molded water chakra into the lake. Make sure to manipulate your chakra into fusing with the like, once done so. Create a small wave to move around you, followed by raising a small orb of water before you.

*Now of my new Affinity, i rub my hands on the surface of the water and plunge it on the ground. I then focus my chakra around the lake, channeling chakra to my palms. I then focus and focus, as waves of water surround me, stretching through the lake. Now that i was success ful with the first task, i the focus a orb of water and raise it up carefully as it goes higher and higher.
-The water orb falls back into the water as regular luquid-

Once done so, gather the water chakra into your mouth and lungs, then exhale the water in small particles, meaning, that instead of exhaling water, exhale a thick mist from your water chakra. Since your water chakra is yet to be fully bloomed, the mist won't be thick much at all, but aslong as you can create a small portion it should be fine.

Ok.
*As i focus on my Chakra, I quickly channel my chakra to my mouth and converting it to Water Affinity to small particles such as mist. I then channel more chakra to my mouth and turning it to mist if needed. As i feel like it is enough, i then open my mouth, exhaling mist surrounding the lake and me.

Once done so, release the water chakra in form of actual water, apply chakra and shape manipulation to it as you do, compressing the water into a solid sharp blade, capable of easily slicing and stabbing human flesh.

*As i channel my hand with chakra, i focus water on my hands. I then quickly start to form real water on my right hand as it stretches farther and farther on my hands. As i feel it is right, i the use shape manipulation, moving the water to a sharp blade while swinging it around the water.

I'll throw a rock at you, so make sure to focus and then manipulate your water chakra into your arm, left or right, makes do diference. Then releasing it from your arm which is held outwards infront of you, as you release it, yet again apply shape manipulate to create a shield out of that water and with use of chakra control, maintain the shield to block my rock.

*As i focus and channel my chakra to my palms, i then make my focused chakra to my palms forming water and stretching further and further. As the rock swishes at me, i then make a sword like figure made of water, swinging the sword between the rock, stopping it from coming any further.

Whoops thought shield was "sword"
As i focus my chakra, i channel my chakra to my palms as it gathers more and more. Then i quickly release water, spreading around quickly. As it looks it is a suitable size, i use shape manipulation to convert it to a shield which i put on my left hand. As the rock come before me, it hits the shield, breaking it.

Now, focus water chakra from your palms into the lake you are, once you have fused your chakra within the lake itself, manipulate the water gather it infront of you and then apply shape manipulation, creating a shark out of the water you are controling. Then, when the shark has been fully created, manipulate it to jump out of the water and come at me.

Yes C-Ranks.
As i jump in to the lake and play around, i quickly put my palms on the waters. I quickly channel chakra on my palms while turning it to water affinity. As i feel that i'ved controlled my area in the lakes, i quickly use shape manipulation, forming the mouth, teeth, body, fin, tail, and eyes. As the fully shaped shark roars. I then release it, jumping out of the waters like a jet and fiercly goes straight to you.
-As the shark approches i kick it 100 meters away- Shupaw!

Now that you have control over your chakra, you may perform handseals wich are used to gather the chakra necesary faster, so perform a series of 3 hand seals Rat → Dog → Ox, and out of your hand create a whip of water that you should then swing against a nearby trree and wrap around it. Then pull yourself with it out of the water.

*As i gather chakra and focus only channeling my chakra to water affinity, i make these following hand seals in order Rat → Dog → Ox. I them gather more and more into water affinity as i make a straight line (No Homo). My using shape manipulation, i then make the straight line to a wip which i then wrap it around a tree and push my self out of the water, hitting face first on the tree.

Next;
Perform the required hand seals Ram → Tiger, then you should be able to gather water chakra into your mouth, make sure to make a densier and give the water a sort of sticky property, not so much that it won't come out, but enough to restrict a human being. Once done so, spit out high-viscosity chakra infused water, aimed at a surface of that bush over there. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility.
