Ohhhh ok! I thought you were testing me on if I knew how the water would react with the tree 
I once again stand at the base of the tree with my water sword in my right hand. I take a strong, crouching stance with my right foot forward with my left foot slightly behind it so I can get power. My Right hand is farther up on the hilt this time with my left hand lower down, I position the sword higher up on my chest, perpendicular to my body. I lunge forward, driving both my hands and sword into the tree, cutting a hole right through the tree.

I walk over to the lake and place both of my palms on the surface whilst crouching down. I form a shark out of the pre-existing water via my dope chakra. I control the shark to jet upwards and jump into the air (towards your levitating clone holding a piece of tuna in his hand) and chomp his whole body right in half, swallowing his head and all.
Excellent. Now, as we progress through the Water jutsus, we'll learn more variants of this jutsu and such. >.> So I'll go over it in more depth later.
Now, for this next jutsu, form three handseals (Rat -> Dog -> Ox), then focus your water chakra into your hands to create a long whip made of water.
Proceed to attack my clone with that very whip, but be creative with what you do with it.

I perform three handseals (Rat -> Dog -> Ox) as fast as I can and channel as much water chakra into my right hand as I can. I imagine a constant stream of water coming from a circular source hole, forming an almost rope-like stream. I form a whip in my right hand about 4 meters long made out of water chakra, although I feel like I can extend the whip if out of range or necessary. I stance myself with my left foot forward and right foot about two feet back with my legs slightly bent at the knee and my back hunched over slightly. I bring my right arm all the way back while my left arm stabilizes me and torque my elbow forward and snap my wrist toward your clone to create a great amount of velocity with the whip. The clone is instantly ripped apart by my powerful whip.
Dayum man! Nice job! You can also use a whip, thrown at a high speed, in order to wrap your opponent and immobilize them.
Okay, for this next jutsu...
I would like you to focus your chakra internally. This is rather rare for the Suiton element, so grasp the concept first. Then when you push your Suiton chakra into your mouth, add to it another wave of Chakra to make it sticky. Once you build up enough pressure in your mouth, release upon the ground before us to create a sticky lake.

I gather my Suiton chakra up in my stomach, ready to expel through my mouth. When ready, I send it up through my throat and out of my mouth, while adding another wave of chakra into it to give it a sticky composition. A sticky large puddle-like body of water grabs onto my senseis feet.
t is long range, thus, you are able to cover the entire battlefield with this jutsu. What does this prevent the enemy from doing?

Perfect response. Precisely, you would charge chakra into your own feet beforehand. Make sure you state this whenever using this jutsu so that it doesn't affect you.
And yes, it slows down their techniques, but also prevents them from using Earth jutsu that requires slamming the ground.
