I'm assuming this is your first training in Water, yes? Regardless, tell me all you know of Water Release, it's relationship with the other basic elements and two people shown in the manga to use it along with how they use it.

sorry for the hold up 
well i think basically water is weak against earth and strong against fire, and also with water and earth combining, it can create wood style jutsu like yamato and hashirama and also with haku's kekkei genkai which is ice style is the combination of wind and water. When naruto first appear to fight kakazu he and yamato combine their jutsus which was naruto's rasengan and yamato's Tearing Torrent to form the Typhoon Water Vortex. and i guess wind also make the water be more stronger to lighting jutsu.
