Now this jutsu is a perception technique that allows you to create a rain in the sky by infusing the air above the battle-field with your water chakra and forming a pressure system to create rain clouds. Description: A current of water that can be shape into a dragon/snake to attack but is`nt a rushing flow like Water dragon,this body of water is staionary excpet when being used to attack.It is sent towards the target as a biting serpent.

The snake should be stationary in position and stand near you. You can then send the the dragon/snake at the target where it will actually begin to move towards the target and deal damage. I send the water dragon/snake like a biting serpant towards the trees on my right, as it moves through the trees it destroys all the trees in its path. As it moves further, it keeps losing its force and finally when it reaches mid range it loses all its force and turns back to normal water.

As i get to ready to spit the water bullet, i make the sphere of water spin very fast and spit out a large water bullet from my mouth towards the trees infront of me. The water bullet causes a blast and leaving the huge area soaked.*

This jutsu is just like the Shark Breakthrough jutsu. You will slap your hand onto the ground and create a small amount of water. The amount of water should be just enough to form a shark out of. The shark will then be directed upwards by your chakra and then you will cause it to come bolting down onto the target much like the Shark Breakthrough jutsu is done.

A fin on its back and a big tail. Then i rise this water shark up into the air with the help of my chakra and then i'll cause it to come bolting down onto the rock behind me and cracks it.*

A fin on its back and a big tail. Then i rise this water shark up into the air with the help of my chakra and then i'll cause it to come bolting down onto the rock behind me and cracks it.*

Description: This Technique allows the user to properl themselves through a body of water by using their chakra. While underwater, this technique will also partially mask the users prescence.
Note: Must be a large water source such as a lake to use.

Now go swim in it and as you swim, infuse the water around you with your chakra. As you swim, you will use your chakra to settle disturbances in the water as well as push the water behind you so that you move quicker through the water. This is useful for stealth attacks as well as propelling through the water quickly.
