I gather up my water chakra throughout my body once I do that I I release the water chakra creating a vortex of water surronding me after the vortex is created I send it at Toku's clone thus making it poof and wetting Toku sensei

I start to concentrate and I begin to breath in and out after a few moments I start to gather up my water chakra once gathered enough I release the chakra by claping my hands together then a spiralling vortex of water appears and explodes in the top in a form of a wave in which I direct to a small hill which clashes with it and creates a large splash making water fall down on us like rain.
