Water training with Akiza

Alright then, tell me what is water, and what is it in relation to chakra and us ninja?

Suiton, or Water Element, take the form of water based attacks.Due to its integrity, it is an element wich is very easy to manipulate(when it comes to shape manipulation) .Suiton is basically an offensive element but can also be used with a defense purpose, it is narutally strong againt fire attacks but its is very weak agains earth attacks.Since there is water almost everywere around, a ninja can take advantage of this and aplly it in different ways.

Alright then, for the nature manipulation training you will meditate under the waterfall over there, sitting on that flat rock that's being pounded by the force of the water for a day. I believe you know how meditation goes, so get to it.

while meditating under the waterfall, i realized how essential the water is for the nature and a ninja can take advantage of this since all human beings around carry water, i also meditated about the fighting purposes of water jutsus and i noticed that it works both for offensive and defensive measures, water can bring life but can also extinguish it.Ninjas that perform water jutsus must have a good chakra control in order to channel all its chakra along the water of its own body and surroundings
