Water- strong against Fire and Weak against Earth. Water can be minipulated or even created out of thin air and used for both Offensive and Defense type jutsu.

Water Release is strong against fire as it would be hard to separate the bonds of H2O when the fire hits the water, and weak against earth due to the earth's large density. and yes like you said the water can be materialized out of the thin air "however only some techniques can do that", water is made either one of two ways, using a pre-existing water source like a river and manipulating it with your water chakra to form variety of things for different purposes, or made out of your own water charka, when you materialize water out of the thin air, this water is actually made by your water chakra alone.

• Fire - Water as said before is more powerful than fire techniques, having a one rank difference higher in power than fire techniques, however fire can be used to increase the water technique's effectiveness in two ways, one if a fire technique used after using a water technique, when the fire technique is 2 ranks below the water technique, the fire technique can be used to significantly increase the temperature of the water techniques, up to the boiling point, making it burn on contact, or after the opponent is burned by a fire technique, the water technique can have a burning effect when touching the burned skin, delivering extreme damage to the opponent.
• Earth - Water techniques are one rank weaker in power to Earth techniques, as the earth is much denser than the water.
• Lightning - Water is neutral to lightning techniques, however the lightning techniques can be used in combination with water techniques increasing it's power significantly and causing it to shock on contact, with the help of water the lightning is amplified and spread through the whole water, making it a dangerous combination.
• Wind - Water is also neutral to wind techniques however it can be used in combination with it often to give the Wind technique the power to resist a fire technique, as the Water technique is more powerful than the fire technique, but blocking wind techniques with fire would be extremely hard, due to the mass and tangibility of some wind techniques.

(Suiton: Mizuame Nababara) - Water Release: Starch Syrup Capture Field
After performing these two handseals Ram → Tiger , gather up a large amount of suiton chakra through your body and compress the suiton chakra into your lungs until it turns into a sticky liquid , then release the suiton chakra onto the ground covering the ground with this sticky liquid which will imobilize anyone who steps on it , and gather chakra into your legs to walk on it without getting imobilized. also after performing this mention some ways to evade/block this technique, and the best ways this technique can be effective in.Rank: C

Description: The user After performing the required hand seals Ram → Tiger spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.
Wrong thing that mixing it with wind in combination, it would most likely scatter it in small pieces not to mention it's on the ground lol.Thank you

*Following what Kenshi... Sensei says, i perform two handseals Ram → Tiger gathering a large amount of my water chakra throughout my body and into my lungs holding it until eventually the chakra thickens into a sticky liquid. I then release the water chakra that i've gathered, out of my mouth and onto the ground in front of me. At the same time i focus chakra into my legs and feet that way im able to walk on the sticky liquid without being immobilized.*
-Using an Earth tech that will Elevate you above the ground[Evade] or Elevate rocks/stones to block the liquid from reaching you [Block:Creating a wall].
-This tech will be able to trap the opponent giving the user time to perform jutsu and have the upper hand on landing attacks. Providing time to perform other jutsu that they probably couldn't have with the opponent free[not in the syrup]. Also a good combination with wind, you can spread the syrup quicker and/or spray it covering wider range [in Unison with a wind tech].

Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user creates a clone of themselves made of water. These water clones have 1/10th of the users chakra. These clones are also limited in that they can only travel short range from the user without losing control. When a water clone take enough damage they revert back to normal water.
Note: Can only perform up to C rank Water techniques and requires a water source.
For this gather up a large amount of suiton chakra into your whole body while clearing up your mind completely and only thinking about split images of yourself , then release the water chakra out of your body creating a clone made out of water chakra, When it's hit it turns into water, this technique requires a water source to be performed.
Alright, and the water clone needs to be Short ranged from your original body to maintain, if it goes to Mid range it turns back into water.-I've failed you :T_T:
*Looks into mirror,sup sexy thang. Then i immediately clear my mind, most of it. I relax while gazing into the mirror gathering water chakra throughout my body. Only thoughts in my mind are, slide show images of myself. I then look at the pond thats next to us and perform the Tiger hand seal creating a water clone of myself.*
*I focus chakra to my feet, that way im able to stand on the water you have just created under us. I then focus all my Suiton chakra [Alright, and the water clone needs to be Short ranged from your original body to maintain, if it goes to Mid range it turns back into water.

This technique is mostly effective when fighting on a river with water surrounding you and your opponent from all sides, for this technique concentrate water chakra into the river or a water source nearby "needs to be in short range from you ofcourse" while using shape manipulation to bring forth pressurized spiraling sphere(s) of water from underwater that's able to deal physical damage to the opponent, when water is surrounding you and your opponent from all sides this technique can be used anywhere in a 360 degrees radius. try it on my clone. afterwards tell me how to counter this technique and the best ways to use it.Rank: C
