Ah, it's good enough.
Now, let's discuss Suiton a bit. Why do you want to learn it, first of all?
Speak with your heart.

Initially i liked earth element the agressive combos one can pull off and the shear strength the eart and its properties has, but ive taken a liking for water, it's swift movements and overpowering level is very unique, it's also very hard to counter because it's only weak to earth and earth technique can't cover every angle that water can assault from.

Ah, swift movements and overpowering level...very unique. :p
So, you mention how it's weak to Earth...what might it be strong against and how could a single water jutsu be both an offensive and a defensive move at the same time?

The common weak element against Water is fire, flames can be easily put out by water, although Wind could possibly be overpowered by water if the correct water technique is used correctly, since even a simply gale of wind can render hollow a part of a water wave for a few moments but is then overpowered, aslong as the water technique is obviously of higher rank and a bigger amount, one can try it out by blowing into a pool of water and trying to make all the water be blown out of the pool, but it doesn't happen, because the water amount is stronger and larger than the small wind the person is blowing, at most it would create small ring waves wich would fade away fast enough. Hope this was understandable. :p

Yes, perfect. O_O I liked how you implemented Wind too. :p
Alright, now, proceed to come sit by me at the lakeside.
Meditate a bit...on the flow of the water...

*I sit down, and close my eyes, keeping a calm mind and clearing it untill no thoughts are left, so quite that i can hear the sound of the small water waves and the birds flying high in the sky, the water splashing against my legs, suddenly i feel as if water was a part of me, as if i and the water moved in an equal balance and our flow was accurate with each other, amazed by this i enjoy this feeling untill further instructed.*

Yes. Maintain that feeling...that flow...become the water itself...
And then tell me how you think Water chakra would flow.

In a swift motion, like when we drink water, and it easily flows through our system-

Hm, interesting...
Well, we shall go into more detail later.
Now, what might be the weaknesses and strengths of water and how might you utilize them to your advantage?

Weakness, the most comon one would be earth, since it can be manipulation to restrict the water's movement and it's devastating strength, although i think the properties and strength behind wind based techniques if used correctly, may serve well against water, being able to blow it away from danger, or simply splitting the techniques in half. I would use is to my advatange in an ice manipulation way, since i am an ice user, if my water techniques were to be restricted by earth i would create ice out of that water and tear apart the earth, after all, ice is stronger than earth.

Strengths, would be against fire, naturally, everyone knows by simply logic that water can put out fire, however if the fire is too larged scaled, the water used against it could work as a double edged blade, in the process of putting down the fire, the clash between the fire and water would cause the water to vaporise, causing a wall of steam to form around the clashing, this would block the user's view from the opponent, and leave him wide open for hidden assaults. I would utilize this strength by first location well the opponents possition, and then, on purpose using a lower ranked water against a stronger fire to create steam between us, hiding my location from my foe i would launch a hidden assault with a technique that covers a wide range, making sure to hit the opponent even without knowing their exact location, and since steam is blocking their vision, it would be much harder to counter properly.

Interesting dab on the weakness, but yes, Water's primary weakness is indeed Earth, for the reason as you said, to be able to restrict Water's movement and also, of course, Earth absorbs Water.

Ah, you are quite informed! Many people forget the usage of steam after water and fire interact with one another (being a Nara user, I enjoy using that to my advantage too), and sometimes, if the water jutsu overpowers the fire, it can continue on towards the opponent too, making it a defensive and offensive attack as well. ^_^

Excellent job.
Now, back to the lake!
Set your hand upon it and then focus your newly founded Water attribute into the surface of the water.
Try and manipulate the Water, if you will, in any way you wish.

Sorry for the hyper late reply sensei! :p

*Reaching the lakeside i put my hands above the surface of the water, and focusing on gaining that same conection i had with the water earlier, as soon as i do, i focus my own and newly found water chakra affinity into the water and manipulate it to rise in a small orb of water, wich suddenly bursts outwards, possibly due to my lack of experience with the water element*

No worries, mate. ^_^

Alright, unlike Lightning or Fire, water is not necessarily a wild element.
It takes fluid control, and it's a different feel than the other two elements. A great start, keep in mind of the feeling of water and that small amount of chakra you utilized as well.

Now, try and recreate water in your hands.
Describe how you do it and the feeling of it.

*After being familiar with water for a while i focus my own water natured chakra into both palms of my hand, closing my eyes and clearing my mind, in order to remember the exact same feeling of when i was manipulating the water and then try to re-create that with my own water, expelling water out of my palms and create a small orb of water, focusing on both shape manipulation and chakra control, to be sure to not lose control over it, the feeling being just like if not better than the last time i manipulated water, this makes me feel strong known i have so much strength*

O_O Wow...
So how did you feel? How do you think Water would affect your opponents during a fight despite being so fluid?

Congratulations on Mod possition, sensei. ^^

Being a fluid element doesn't mean it doesn't have killing potential, i feel as if water was the ability ive been missing all along, like lightning is to zeus. Even though i don't have the full control over it, yet, i know that water techniques can gain a dense aspect and take diferent shapes and aspects to deal more damage. And even without the dense properties, water is one of the most devastating elements to exists, even the burning and blazing element known as fire is nothing compared to water.
