Chakra is the moulding of the physical energy. It is present in every cell of the body and the spiritual energy gained from exercise and experience. Once moulded, it can be channelled through the chakra circulatory system, which is to chakra as the regular circulatory system is to blood, to any of the 361 chakra points (called tenketsu) in the body. Through various methods, the most common of which is hand seals, the chakra can then be manipulated to create an effect that would not be possible otherwise, such as walking on water, exhaling fire or creating illusions.
By forms of chakra I assume you mean the shape, chakra control and the different types of chakra?
If so by you manipulating your chakra, you can shape it into different shapes. We've seen in the manga how Sasuke is able to manipulate his lightning and shape into a long blade. Chakra control is what requires you to stay concentrated on your technique, to basically make it happen. For example, there's a few techniques that require you to keep sending chakra, like golem technique. To be able to use it you need to keep your chakra control to direct it. and the different types of chakras, like elemental, raw etc. You can combine elemental chakras to create different types of abilities, like wind and water create Ice, fire and wind create scorch (If I remember correctly).
Hand seals are mostly used for a lot of ninjutsu and genjutsu techniques. The chakra is manipulated through hand seals, if said techniques does require any. Not all techniques require hand seals but the ones that do, require different numbers of hand seals. Also a lot of techniques are known by the hand seals, for example, the fireball jutsu is famous and is known to be performed by the use of the Tiger hand seal. Obviously Taijutsu doesn't require hand seals and Kenjutsu if I remember correctly.

Pure chakra? meaning raw?
Raw chakra is normally used to perform genjutsu techniques and for some ninjutsu techniques. For genjutsu the user normally sends his chakra onto his opponent placing them under an illusion and as for some ninjutsu technique, you send your raw chakra into some weapons to manipulate them.
Elemental chakra can be created by manipulating your chakra, you can make it water, fire, earth, wind etc types of chakra.
Nature manipulation is basically chakra control. the ability to change the nature of your chakra, changing it's properties.

Water is one of the most useful elements in my opinion. You can go from releasing water yourself or manipulating from a water source. From creating water shields, to creating water sharks, to creating a field of water for your advantage, the water element allows you to do many things.
If you mix water with fire, it should create mist/steam, of course that depends on the rank I believe. You can release water at the ground and towards your target and follow up with a stream kind of lightning technique, which travels through the water and towards your target at faster speeds. If you mix water with wind, I assume that the wind because of its force, depending on the kind of technique you use, should push the water, adding to its force and speed. Earth is stronger than water, so the earth should absorb the water, should they clash.
Water is weak against lightning, because lightning travels through the water shocking you and causing more damage. It is also weak against wood, I believe. Water is strong against things like fire, scorch, etc. The water should get rid of the fire and depending on the rank of the jutsu continue towards your target.
Kgs involving water are, ice, storm and boil.
Some excellent users of water release are Kisame, Mei.

You know the reason why I ask my students to tell me the relationship of elements? It helps in knowing the basics of elemetal interaction and products. Helps in the creating of useful and perhaps powerful cjs even ces.

Now I want to you sit in a meditative pose and begin to build up chakra from your core, then gradually spread them across your whole tenketsus.

After listening to my Sensei's instructions I sit on the ground and in a meditation position. I close my eyes and clear my mind, I begin quickly to gather up chakra from my core. Once I feel I have enough, I spread all of the gathered chakra across my entire pressure points in my body.
"Ok" I say after listening to my sensei's instructions. I once again gather more chakra and as I begin to distribute my chakra all through out my body, I begin to think about the properties of the element. I begin to think about the different types, from it's liquid form, to it's sticky form, as I do that I begin use nature manipulation to change my chakra to water chakra, thus now allowing me to use water techniques.
