Descripton: A large sphere of rotating water that is spit out of the users mouth that can blast a huge area leaving it soaked.

Now. I want you to begin by focusing a large amount of water chakra into your body. I then want you to focus it into the ground in front of you. Simultaneously forming it into actual water and sharpening the chakra within it slightly(like wind release) to make it rise up and carve through the earth. I then want you to release it towards my clone through the ground, slicing through the earth on its way and cutting my clone in two. Like a jet of water.

I quickly start out by focusing large amounts of water chankra inside of my body. I then release the water chakra outwards and focus it into the ground in front of me as I, at the same time, focus on sharpening the chakra. I cause the chakra to go all the way under the clone's location. I then manipulate the water itself and start turning it in a clockwise motion similar to the stream I previously performed. I manipulate the chakra even further and speed up the process making it very fast and rapid as a whirlpool is then created in which sucks the clone into the depths of the lake.

I quickly focus my water chakra and release it outwards from my body and into the sky. I then manipulate one of the clouds and cause it to rain. However by using shape manipulation on the properties of the rain drops I cause them to turn into oil itself as they start raining on that tree over there.

Now, I want you to make the Boar → Dog → Ram handseals as you build up a large amount of water chakra into your body. I then want you to release the water chakra into that cliff over there. Use the chakra to create actual water, making it flow up through the ground and over the cliff, making a waterfall of water. Very resourceful technique as like many jutsu, it creates water out of no where.
