One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.

Now, I want you to begin to focus a large amount of water chakra into the water. Then, I want you to imagine yourself, think of how you currently look. Then using your chakra and the water, create a complete replica of yourself. Maintain focus on your image the entire time and stabilize it to complete the jutsu. Give it a try.

Taking into account every single one of my physical properties. I then focus my water chakra and release it into the water in front of me. I then cause a medium sized glop of water to rise. As it is in the process of rising, I use shape manipulation while reminding myself of my physical appearance and shape it exactly like that. Within a second or so, an entire water replica of myself is created right in front of me.

Then i want you to raise your hands up and release the chakra into the atmosphere above. I want you to then use your chakra and by infusing it into the clouds, make it begin to rain down. The chakra within the rain reacting to any body/object with any trace of chakra.

The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. Water clones can be used in preparation for the technique, which block an opponent's attack and trap the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water.

After looking into it, it seems so as though the attack only activated once Shizuku was attacked, so I'm going to change my mind and say yes, it can. Since Shizuku's opponent thought they had gotten Shizuku, but was surprised to see him/her(not sure what Shizuku is) transform into water.

Now, this jutsu is relatively simple to do when compared to other ones you've done. I want you to first begin to build up a large amount of suiton chakra into your mouth, then I want you to form it into a physical substance, creating a large amount of water in your mouth. I then want you to concentrate it and pressurize it into the shape of a sphere of water. I then want you to release it towards those trees over there are have caught fire for "absolutely no reason "

I then release it out of my mouth as I concentrate on it and pressurize it into the shape of a sphere by using shape manipulation. As it leaves my mouth I aim it towards that tree on fire to put it out.*
