Rising out of the murky lagoon before you, the masked man soaking wet slowly drags his feet in your direction, weary from a tiresome battle. Placing his right hand in front of his chest, he begins to manipulate the water his clothes absorbed, pulling his hand away from his body to signify the extraction of moisture, forming that same liquid into a sphere of condensed water and tossing it towards you.
Think fast. Now, tell me all you know of Water Release.
*After a boring day, I become excited because I know what time is. It's the time where I will learn from one of the best senseis in the ninja world, it was no other than Negative Knight. Suddenly I hear a weird noise and I notice that my Sensei has arrived to the training grounds. I then keep an eye on his right hand, following each movement. I then see how he tosses a sphere of water, knowing full well that normal hands won't be able to catch it, I send some raw chakra into both of my hands, this allows me to successfully catch the sphere of water. Then after listening to him asking me to tell him all about water release I think for a few seconds and then I give him my answer*
Water release is one of the basic five elements and it's one of them that probably has the highest potential. The user of this element is allowed to manipulate water from a water source or from water the user has created. As far as relationships with other elements, the water element is stronger than the fire element, meaning if your opponent releases a fireball towards you, you could release a water bullet and cancel the fireball. Now if your opponent uses a stronger fire jutsu than your water jutsu, the fire would evaporate the water and probably continue towards you but of course in a weaker state. Also if both elements clash depending on the rank of both jutsu, steam or mist would be created. The water element could be combined with lightning to increase the flow of the electricity, this also increases the damage taken by the opponent. It can also be combined with wind release. The wind would push the water thus making it move faster and it adds to it's destructive power. And to end things, water is weak to earth because earth structures can dissipate the force of water rendering the technique ineffective. So basically earth is like a sponge.
After giving my explanation of the water element, I wait for further instructions.
Kakuzu listens attentively to his students recollection of Water release, taking note that his student has seen a few battles or has done some through research.
"Not bad, your current level knowledge on Suiton is something to work with. Mostly correct, however the majority of Doton techniques do not absorb water, they simply dissipate or block it, whilst passing through water itself. I'll give you a run down of all of the basic elements (especially Suiton), to flesh out your understanding. Make sure to commit this to memory, it will be useful knowledge for the future. Once you've read and understood the following, we will continue."
Water is the most calm and free-flowing elements. These characteristics dictate its nature, making it useful in combat due to the fluidity and intense lack of control that is required to utilize it. Lightning and Fire take extreme control, but manipulation of water takes calmer movements and so controlling it comes more naturally. While its the calmest element, it can also become one of the most destructive. Putting a large amount of force behind of wave gives it power that can't be paralleled by all the other elements. In terms of scale, Water has the highest potential to be the "best" element, a clear testament of this is Kisame of the Akatsuki. Water comes in three main forms: normal water, sticky water and oily flammable water. As you correctly stated, Water is strong against Fire as it forcibly extinguishes the flames, whilst it is weak against earth and similar solid elements, since they both block and dissipate Suiton attacks.
Earth Release is often considered the element of sturdiness and durability. Unlike other elements which come and go with time, it is an ever eternal presence in the environment which endures all types of weather regardless of how harsh conditions become. Earth can be used as a shield or blockade defensively to dissipate the force of powerful waves of water or non-cutting gusts of wind. It can withstand great heats, acting as a heat sink but also as a physical barrier to prevent weapons passing through. Its strong against water, its natural ability to prevent water from passing through it whilst passing through water itself is a reason for this. However its weak against lightning. The lightning conducted along the earth causes it to break up, lose its natural composition and break down due to the penetrative abilities of Raiton. Doton can either be used in this solid rocky form or its adhesive mud-like variant, granting the element further versatility. As well as the conventional uses of the element, the mud variant can be used to bind opponents in place, clash with other elemental jutsus or be used in many effective combinations. The mud-variant is most commonly used along with Fire to form pseudo-lava (molten mud), making for a very dangerous substance.
Along with Suiton, its versatility stems from the state of matter it naturally occurs in. Due to having physical substance, Doton can be shaped into various structures from defensive walls to jagged spikes, from an earth dragon to a single pillar of earth. Furthermore, in terms of terrain-based advantage, Doton can be used to manipulate the ground beneath and around the opponent, allowing for limitless potential in creating successful combos. I like to think of the element as the perfect balance between offensive, defensive and supplementary usage, as no confines exist on what the user can create.
Wind Release is the element that allows us to create and manipulate wind. When you think of wind you think of something that is fast, free flowing, unpredictable, and strong. In the Narutoverse and in our RP, wind release has a variety of different properties which makes it versatile in its own right. For one, we have the ability to create long and short powerful gusts of flowing wind. Mainly these techniques that are designed to provide resistance against oncoming attacks, reversing the trajectory of weaponry, etc. We can also create short concentrated/compressed bursts of wind that give a pseudo solid form which can be used for blunt force or strong impacts. These would mainly be offensive in nature. There is also vacuum or suction power that can be generated, drawing objects in for close combat or sucking away the oxygen for suffocation. However, one of the more prominent abilities of wind release that we’ve come to know from the Narutoverse is the powerful cutting power that it possesses. Mainly from characters like Naruto, Asuma, and Sora, the wind nature has been shown to be able to slice and cut through things like butter. Wind is the movement of many gases in the air, though we’ve been shown to manipulate just the air itself and call it wind release by comparison due to the relationship.
Lightning Release is the use of high frequency and is the most fleeting of all the elements. It arguably takes the most control due to its dangerous nature and the lethality it possess. The interaction of the molecules within it, further contribute to its level of instability, requiring the user to take much more care in handling this element compared to the others. Fundamentally, its the control over raw streams of electricity which can be tamed with the right control, it relates most to the Fire element due to its destruction if not contained or used properly and the high level of self-control someone requires to manipulate it correctly. One common misconception is that Lightning release travels as fast as natural lightning, when in reality Lightning is far slower than its naturally occurring counterpart due the user taking control of/taming the lightning. The element itself occurs in three main forms: Normal Lightning, Plasma and pale-blue pillars which emit electricity.
Fire Release is the usage of superheated chakra to create flames and heat-intensive attacks. Its created through channeling Katon chakra to the user's lungs and exhaling the built chakra in various forms. Katon is most commonly used in its fire-based form, but it can also take the shape of a plume of superheated ash or a misty flammable gas. In terms of raw potential, its considered the least versatile element as it excels in offensive capabilities, lacks in supplementary usage and is ill-suited to use as a defensive element. Despite this, Katon is the most ferocious element to contend with due to its sheer raw power. The heat of the element makes it capable of reducing earthen structures to molten mud, the parasitic nature of it means it preys on the oxygen within wind-based attacks to supplement the flames and even against its elemental superior, large-scale Katon techniques are capable of reducing large bodies of water to scorching mist of dense steam. The Katon element has little usage outside of destruction, to a certain degree its the hardest elemental nature to tame due to its sporadic and uncontrollable nature.
Alright, come over here and place your outstretched palms upon the surface of this water source. After you do that, begin focusing your suiton chakra into it, before using that same chakra to generate a small wave of water, sending it towards a nearby tree. Once you become more acquainted with this technique, try to extract a sphere of water, aiming to maintain its form and structure, before stabilizing it and placing it back into the water source.
(Suiton No Jutsu) - Water technique
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary/Attack/Defence
Range: Short-Mid
Damage Points:20
Description: Creates small waves of water, small blasts, and small shields of water.
Note: Doesn't require a water source but can be used to manipulate existing water.
Key Points: Alongside its Earth counterpart, it is among the most useful lower ranking techniques in the jutsu list. Its versatility is seemingly infinite, as this technique can create nearly any water-based construct you desire, as long as its small in magnitude and size. Its best used for making waves, small tools, weapons ad shields.
(Kirigakure No Jutsu) - Hidding in Mist Jutsu
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.
Once you've completed that, I'd like you to come over and begin channeling your suiton chakra into your lungs, building up a sufficient amount of it before releasing it from your mouth in the form of a thick chakra-inufsed mist. The mist will mask your position, allowing you to move more stealthily but deprive you of your sense of sight, making this a very double-edged technique.
Instead of giving you Key points for this jutsu, I'd like you to tell me everything you can infer from this jutsu, tactics you/others could employ with it as well as the strengths and weaknesses of this jutsu.
*After listening to the instructions, I quickly walk over to the water source. Once I get there, I crouch and place my right hand on the water source. Once that has been done, I begin to gather a good amount of chakra which I quickly channel to my right hand. Once I feel the chakra flowing in my palm, I release all into the lake and once both infuse I manipulate my chakra and make the water take the form of a small wave which I send towards a tree close by. After successfully creating a small wave of water, I do the same the same steps I did on the previous assignment but this time, I manipulate the water on top of my palm and I make it take the shape of a sphere. I then get up whilst sending chakra onto my palm to keep the shape of a sphere. After that has been done I crouch and place the sphere back on the water*
(Kirigakure No Jutsu) - Hidding in Mist Jutsu
*Once the first jutsu has been completed I listen to next instructions. After listening to them, I proceed to send a good amount of chakra into my lungs. Once I feel that I have gathered a good amount, I send into my mouth and I release it into the air in the form of a thick mist, which quickly begins to cover the whole area, blocking my vision of things around me*
Well this jutsu is pretty cool, the fact that you can use a combo with the Silent Homiside which allows the user to move silently and strike their opponent. I think another good combination would be using the hiding like mole technique, which allows the user to sense their opponent while being underground, so it doesn't matter if your opponent is moving, you'll be able to sense him and strike him from other ground. The advantage of this technique is that if you have the sharingan or the bakugon <---- spelling I think you'll be able to see through the mist and point out your opponent, since they allow the user to see chakra. The disadvantage is the same as the advantage, if the opponent has a sharingan, he'll be able to see your chakra.
All correct, except your comments on Hiding in Mist. Sharingans cannot see through the mist, neither can the Rinnegan, only the Byakugan can. This is because the sharingan allows you to see raw chakra, since the mist is chakra-infused it masks anything behind/inside of it. However, the Byakugan possess x-ray like abilites, allowing the wielder to see through the mist directly and pinpoint anything/anyone inside. That being said, this is a good tactic for a Byakugan user.
(Suiton: Mizu Kuri No Yaiba) - Water Style: Sword of Draining
Rank: D
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 10
Damage Points: 20
Description: A technique that utilizes water to create a sword. The sword can be wielded in the normal fashion, allowing the ninja to cut and stab like with a normal blade.
Note: Doesn't require a water source.
Now, I'd like you to step away from the water source and place your partly open hand out (as if you're wielding the hilt of a sword), before focusing your suiton chakra into air around that point. Utilizing your suiton chakra, you will generate a makeshift sword composed of water in the empty space in your hand. After creating the sword, I'd like you to toss it into the distance, before furiously chasing after it, attempting to over take it.
Key Points: None really, its a very basic technique. All I have to say is, it explicit states it doesn't require a water source. Some techniques say they cannot work without a water source, most which do not state they do not require a water source. Make sure to play close attention to this. If a technique doesn't state whether or not a source is required, assume it doesn't need one.
( Suiton: Junsai no Jutsu ) - Water Release: Water Shield Technique
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary, Defence
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 10
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user will manipulate their water chakra and releasing it from their arm which is held outwards infront of them and they then create a shield of water that can aide in defence against projectile weapons and close combat techniques.
You must be registered for see images
Whenever you're successful in overtaking the sword, stand in front of it and extend your dominant hand forward to generate a shield of water directly in front of you which exhibits solid-like properties. Unlike previously, you do not grip the shield, rather its suspended in the air in front of you.
Key Points: The shield is created using the moisture in the air around you and is not wielded like a normal weapon (it just freely suspends itself in air). Refer to the picture in the spoiler.
(Suiton: Mizu Kuri No Yaiba) - Water Style: Sword of Draining
*After listening to the instructions I get up and step away from the water source. I then proceed to place my right hand out, after doing that I quickly begin to gather a good amount of chakra which I quickly channel to my open right hand. Once I feel the chakra flowing on my right hand, I release it and I manipulate it giving the chakra the form of a katana. Once I have a hold of the water sword, I toss into the distance and then I quickly dash towards the sword before it lands on the ground. After dashing towards I catch the sword successfully*
( Suiton: Junsai no Jutsu ) - Water Release: Water Shield Technique
*After successfully overtaking the water sword I listen to the next instructions. Then after listening to them I extend my right hand in front of me, the same hand I am holding the sword. Then I gather some more chakra and I channel it to my right hand, as the chakra reaches it's destination I begin to manipulate it and change the form of the sword to a large shield of water which floats just a couple of feet*
Now with your completion of D-Ranks, we're going to discuss handseals before moving on. After learning completing each rank, I'm going to have some more information to bestow upon you. This will allow you to grow in strength as well as knowledge and by the time our training is over, you'll be a fully fledged shinobi.
This time around, the topic is handseals.
Handseals are a method used to focus, control and mold chakra for certain techniques. Some techniques require a large amount of chakra to be utilized whilst others need extreme control or shape manipulation. Both of these can be achieved through the use of handseals. The number of handseals is often dependent on the scale and shape manipulation required, as shown when Zabuza's Water bullet required eighteen or so handseals to simply prepare. However, those who attain completely mastery of their most favoured elemental affinity can often perform all techniques of that element with a single handseal, Tobirama being a prime example of this. What you can get from this is, techniques which are noticeably harder to control can be aided in their usage through handseals. Also, you must in your descriptions always state you use the handseals before you gather/focus your chakra.
With that, we'll move onto C-Ranks. Now I'm sure you're already familiar that some suiton techniques require a water source whilst others do not. You're going to notice that Suiton techniques mostly require water sources and the use of many handseals.
(Suiton: Suikōtoppa) – Water Release: Water Shark Breakthrough
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: short
Chakra cost 15
Damage points: 30
Description: The user will create a water shark to jump into the air and bolt towards the opponent, striking them.
Note: Requires a water source.
For the first technique, I'd like you to move back towards the water source you used earlier. Place your palms on the water's surface before focusing your suiton chakra into it and molding the water into the shape of a shark. Create the shark directly beneath your own position, using it to ride back to shore before disembarking from it.
Key Points: Do not underestimate the use of lower ranking techniques. In a battle, if you're standing on a water source, this technique is quick and ideal for evading certain types of attacks.
(Suiton: Suiben) - Water Release: Water whip
Rank: C
Type: Offensive, supplementary
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: After the user performs a series of 3 hand seals Rat → Dog → Ox, the user creates a whip of water that can be used to strike the opponent with a lashing action or wrap around the target to bind them. This technique can also have lightning techniques channeled through when they have bound their victim with the water whip.
You must be registered for see images
Once you're firmly back on dry land, I want you to perform a short sequence of three handseals before creating a whip of water and lashing it towards my rock clone. Direct the whip towards his arm and use it to tightly wrap around his dominant arm. After you do that, he will use his brute strength to haul you in, pulling you off your feet and towards him, before aiming to deal a full force frontal punch to your face.
Key Points: Beware, if you use this technique on someone, its likely they'll conduct lightning along the whip of water in order to electrocute you.
(Suiton: Mizuame Nababara) - Water Style: Starch Syrup Capture Field
Rank: C
Range: Short/Long
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user After performing the required hand seals Ram → Tiger spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.
You must be registered for see images
To prevent this happening, I want you to perform two handseals and envisioning the sticky, viscous form of water I told you about earlier. Focus on attaining these qualities for the next water technique you use, before spitting out a highly viscous torrent of water which will cover my clone in a dense blanket of adhesive liquid. The blanket will prove to be so heavy that he'll be unable to move and will also stick his limbs together, saving you from his attack.
Key Points: I truly love this variant of water. Not this particular technique, but the wide array of custom techniques you can go on to develop with it. Also, remember that it deals no damage.
Yup, a bunch of them require a water source nearby
(Suiton: Suikōtoppa) – Water Release: Water Shark Breakthrough
*After listening to the instructions I walk towards the water source once again. Once there I walk on the water and crouch, placing both of my hands on the waters surface. Once that has been done I start to gather a good amount of chakra which I quickly channel to both of my hands, releasing onto the surface of the water. I then manipulate the chakra in the water and I create a large shark of water right beneath me and I use it to ride back to the shore. Once I get there I disembark the water shark*
(Suiton: Suiben) - Water Release: Water whip
|
(Suiton: Mizuame Nababara) - Water Style: Starch Syrup Capture Field
*After successfully landing on dry land, I proceed to perform a set of three hand seals. This allows me to create a water whip and after that I throw the whip towards the rock clone and aimed at his right arm. Once the whip has wrapped the rock clone's arm, I feel as the rock clone begins to pull me towards him, I get ready to execute my next move which will save me from his attack. I quickly perform a set of two hand seals while at the same envisioning the sticky, viscous form of water that Sensei had explained to me earlier. I then begin to manipulate the chakra inside my mouth while envisioning this type of water form. After successfully doing that I release from my mouth torrent of water towards the rock clone right before he could punch me, the torrent of water covers the clone's body is so heavy that the he can't move, saving me from his attack*
I'd prefer if you used the normal font, that one isn't easy on the eyes. Good work, moving onto the next set of techniques.
(Mizu Bunshin) - Water Release: Water Clone
Rank: C
Range: Short
Type: Supplementary
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user creates a clone of themselves made of water. These water clones have 1/10th of the users chakra. These clones are also limited in that they can only travel short range from the user without losing control. When a water clone take enough damage they revert back to normal water.
Note: Can only perform up to C rank Water techniques and requires a water source.
I hope you're familiar with the concept of clones. After performing the Tiger handseal and gathering your suiton chakra, I'd like you to create a clone of yourself made entirely of water from that puddle over there. Envision an identical copy of yourself forming out of water, granting him 1/10th of your chakra supply. However, if he takes enough damage or ventures further than five meters from you at any time, you'll lose control of him and he'll simply disperse back into normal water.
Key Points: The Shadow clone technique outclasses this one in almost every way. I don't think I'd ever use this technique in battle
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15(-3 each turn to keep it active)
Damage Points: N/A
Description: Using the hidden mist jutsu the user reflects the natural light an a way that it blinds there opponent temporarily as long as the opponent is in the mist.
Note: Must have already used hidden mist jutsu
After constructing the clone, I want you step onto that water source (along with your clone) before utilizing that Hiding in Mist jutsu I taught you earlier, before focusing your chakra into the mist to control how natural light is reflected inside of it. Use the light to temporarily blind your clone, giving you an opening against him. Make sure he's in the mist when you begin manipulating light inflections via the mist otherwise this jutsu will prove to be futile.
Key Points: Decent technique, however Hiding in Mist already serves to blind the opponent, so this is an unnecessary extra.
(Suiton: Suigandan) - Water Release: Water Fang Bullet
Rank: C
Range: Short
Type: Offense
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: A technique that deals physical damage to the enemy with a liquid mass brought forth from underwater. Its power to kill and maim is augmented by adding a spinning motion to the compactly pressured water. During fights on water, taking advantage of its characteristic ability to attack from anywhere in a 360 degrees radius, in conjunction with other techniques for distraction, confusion and so forth, this technique has an extensive array of applications.
Note: Requires a water source.
After doing that, focus your suiton chakra into the water source below your feet and mold it to give the water around your clone a drill like form before causing it to rise up around him from 360 degree radius around him. Attack him with the technique to cause moderate damage.
Key Points: Description is confusing, search up this technique on Narutowikia to see how it looks.
*After listening to my sensei's instructions I walk towards the puddle and once there I begin to gather a good amount of chakra. After doing that I perform a single hand seal while I envision a clone of myself similar to me in every way. I then finish off by releasing all of the gathered chakra into the puddle successfully creating a water clone*
*After creating my clone and listening to the instructions we walk towards a water source nearby. Once on the water source I gather some chakra and I release it onto the water source manipulating the water source and causing a thick mist to rise all around us, covering the area. Now that there is mist, I gather some more chakra and I release it onto the mist. I then manipulate it controlling the light within the mist, the light is bright so my opponent wouldn't be able to see well
(Suiton: Suigandan) - Water Release: Water Fang Bullet
*I then start to gather a good amount of chakra and I release it onto the water source and below my feet. I then mold it to give the water around my water clone a drill like form, after doing that I manipulate the water to rise up around him, causing him to take some damage*
Alright, these next few techniques deal with generating constructs of water, either to attack or encase the opponent in a prison of water.
(Suiton: Mizu No Tatsumaki) - Water Style: Water Tornado
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Descripton: The user will wave the Ram → Horse → Bird hand seals and utilize water to create a spinning water vortex around the ninja. The water acts both as a barrier and attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious.
Note: Can only be performed if there is a water source near by.
You must be registered for see images
For this first technique, I want you to perform the following three handseals before releasing your suiton chakra into the water source below to generate a spinning vortex of water around my clone in the not too far distance. The water vortex will knock him around inside (imagine a washing machine), keeping him firmly trapped in the tornado of water, allowing this technique to double as a barrier and an offensive measure.
Key Points: None.
(Suiton: Suirou No Jutsu) - Water Style: Water Prison
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water by waving the Snake → Ram → Horse → Hare → Ram → Horse → Hare → Hands spread in front palms out. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. Water clones can be used in preparation for the technique, which block an opponent's attack and trap the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water.
You must be registered for see images
Following a similar concept of entrapment, I want you to utilize a suiton clone to aid you. After creating the clone, instruct it to approach my one and expel a sizable amount of water from its mouth. Tell it to use its suiton chakra to mold the released fluid into a dense spherical prison around its target. The sheer heaviness of the water will make it impossible for my clone to move inside, restricting his methods of escaping the dome to handsealess techniques or techniques which do not require any movement. However, your clone must keep part of its body (ideally one hand) inside of the dome at all times in order for the sphere to keep its form and structure.
Key Points: Using this jutsu yourself is quite dangerous, as if your enemy is feeling suicidal he may utilize an unfocused burst of lightning to kill the both of you (as the water will short-circuit the current). Also, there's a better ranged version of this jutsu you can construct from a distance and without the need to maintain physical contact with the dome.
(Suiton: Suishōha) - Water Style: Water Shock Wave
Rank: C
Type: Offensive, Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid (Made short range of the user with a med range reach)
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Descripton: This technique allows the user after claping their hands together to make a spiralling vortex of water out of knowhere. The vortex then proceeds to explode from the top in the form of a wave. The user can also control the direction the wave goes with hand movements.
Now, you're going to attempt a combination of the two jutsu you just attempted. Clap your hands together and focus your suiton chakra into the moisture in the air up to five meters around you to generate a spiraling vortex of water. Generate the vortex around my clone five meters away from you, allowing his body to be thrashed around inside before he disperse into a puff of smoke. Then with hand movements/gestures control the path of the water vortex to converge on my 2nd clone, using it to strike him down just as swiftly.
Key Points: Just realized this is actually a pretty good technique. Bare in mind its created short range of your position. Its useful tactic against clones, especially if they're short range of you since you can create the vortex around them.
(Suiton: Mizu No Tatsumaki) - Water Style: Water Tornado
*I start off by performing a set of three hand seals. This allows me to gather a good amount of water infused chakra which I then send towards the water source below. Once that has been done I manipulate the water, creating a strong and spinning water vortex around my Sensei's clone. The water vortex traps the clone inside and starts to knock him around, this pretty much traps him while at the same time makes him dizzy while drowning*
(Suiton: Suirou No Jutsu) - Water Style: Water Prison
*After listening to my Sensei's instructions I create a water clone to aid me with this jutsu. Once created my water clone performs a few hand seals as he dashes towards your clone. This allows him to release a large amount of water from it's mouth, my clone then follows up by manipulating the water he had released creating a dense spherical prison around the clone. Your clone now that it's trapped inside isn't able to move, however, my clone places his right hand on the water sphere to keep the form*
(Suiton: Suishōha) - Water Style: Water Shock Wave
*After my water clone successfully performs the previous jutsu, I start to gather a good amount of chakra. I then follow up by clapping my hands together, I do this while at the same time I release all of the gathered chakra into the moisture and I then manipulate it, creating a water vortex around your clone, five meters away from me. This causes the clone's body to be trashed around inside of the water vortex causing the clone to poof away. Then to finish off your second clone I move my right hand forward, causing the water vortex to travel forward and trap you clone trashing his body. After this your second clone goes poof*
(Suiton: Ukojizai no Jutsu) - Water Style: Rain Tiger at Will Technique
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.
For this first technique, I want you to perform a sequence of five handseals before focusing your chakra into the sky above, specifically the moisture in the clouds. Utilize your chakra to generate a fairly heavy downpour of rain from the clouds above. Each and every individual raindrop will be infused with your chakra and hence they'll be closely linked to your senses. If a chakra-based entity/person obstructs this chakra, you'll able to discern their exact location however you won't know anything more than that.
Key Points: Good technique to pinpoint hidden opponents, especially when used against Hiding in Camoflauge technique. Without a doubt, one of the most commonly used Suiton techniques due to its utility. Rain users tend to use it as well

After doing so, I want you to focus your suiton chakra into every chakra point within your body whilst envisioning the fluid nature of water. Imagine yourself transforming into water before replicating this in reality, completely transforming yourself into a small puddle of water. This also counts as a full body surge, allowing it to break D-Rank and below Genjutsu.
Key Points: Much like I tell my Earth students, whilst this may seem like the ultimate evasion tactic, but do not be fooled. You can only fully transform your body into water, not partially. All or nothing. Partial liquidification is a unique trait of the Hozuki Clan. The whole process of transforming and reforming into and from water takes quite a bit of time, leaving you prone to attacks. In close range, you'll easily be caught in electrical currents (Nagashi) and beyond that you can be struck by high ranking pillars of fire which will evaporate you completely, making you unable to reform. Most of the time, its best not to use this jutsu. However, if you're on a water source, I don't see any reason not to you use it. On land, this should be a last resort if anything.
(Suiton: Suishū Gorugon) - Water Release: Powerful Blasting Rain Trench
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: The user after performing Dragon → Tiger will summon a large amount of water that will then be used to strike at the opponent in several versatile ways. It has been known to transform it into a dragon with a gaping mouth to attack. The water used will be stationary till it is sent offensively toward the opponent.

Finally, perform the handseals of Dragon → Tiger before summoning a large amount of water and using your suiton chakra to mold it in several versatile ways. One usage I particularly want to see is you transforming it into the shape of a dragon with a gaping mouth. Send the dragon towards my clone over there and use it to crush him into the ground. Originally, the water you summon will be stationary until you use it for offensive purposes.
Key Points: Since you "summon" the water for this technique, it can appear any where within mid-range of your position. If you're wondering how the water comes to be, its likely that you manipulate the moisture within the air itself and collect it together to form a tangible water source.
(Suiton: Ukojizai no Jutsu) - Water Style: Rain Tiger at Will Technique
*I start off by performing a set of five hand seals which allow me to gather a good amount of chakra. Once I feel that I've gathered enough I release all of the chakra into the moisture in the clouds. I then manipulate my chakra creating heavy downpour of rain from the clouds in the skay, each raindrop has part of my chakra allowing me to sense and find out the exact location of my opponent (s)*
(Suiton: Mizu Kawarimi) - Water Style: Water Replacement
*After successfully performing the first jutsu I move on to the next one. So I start off by gathering a large amount of chakra which I then send all though out my body, I do this as I imagine myself turning into water. While having that image in my head I manipulate the chakra inside of me and I end up transforming into a puddle water*
(Suiton: Suishū Gorugon) - Water Release: Powerful Blasting Rain Trench
*After successfully transforming into a water puddle, I stop the technique and go back to my normal self. I then perform a set of two hand seals and I gather a large amount of chakra which I then release into the moisture. This allows me to manipulate it, summoning a large amount of water. Once I've successfully summoned the water I manipulate the water itself and I shape it into a dragon with a gaping mouth which I then send towards your clone. The dragon strikes the clone, crushing it into the ground, after that the dragon deforms now just being a water source*
(Suiton: Takitsubo) - Water Release: Waterfall Basin
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: After performing the required hand seals Boar → Dog → Ram the user creates a waterfall by developing spring water in a place without water veins and manipulating the resulting water current to form a wave. This is a very convenient technique as it can be used for training or relaxation. On the other hand, because it changes the environment on a large scale, it also has the effect of hiding one's location from the enemy by confusing them. The width of the water source, waterfall, and basin can be expended, as long as the user continues to send chakra in.

Now, come here and stand alongside me. Once his student his positioned next to him, Kakuzu slams his palms against the ground and pours his doton chakra into it to raise up a large section of earth in a linear upward path. Your job will be to utilize your suiton chakra to generate a sizable amount of water and form that water into waterfall which runs down the frontal side of this rampart, effectively creating a man-made waterfall, albeit on a much less impressive scale. Manually maintain the jutsu for one minute to demonstrate your mastery of it before cancelling the technique.
(Suiton: Mizu Tsurudan) - Water Release: Water Tendril Bullets
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: The user will manipulate one of their water clones to dissolve back to water and turn into four pointed projectiles that shoot at the target.
Note: Must create a water clone before hand.
Hence afterwards, I'd like you to create two water clones, a skill I'm sure you already possess. After creating it, focus your chakra into clone 1, causing him to dissolve back into water before manipulating that same water into four poined arrow-shaped projectiles which you will send towards clone two, aiming to severely impale him in four of his vital organs (heart, either lung, either kidney and the liver). This is just to test your accuracy and your ability to make this technique useful in the heat of a battle.
Key Points: You can only use this on your own water clones, not the opponent's. A general rule exists in the NB RP. In order to take control of an opponent's earth technique or water technique (to use as a source for your own techniques), you must pour in more chakra than they did, to overpower it and make the earth/water source available to you.
Here's an example: Person A uses Rain Tiger at Will (C-Rank) to initate rainy conditions on the battlefield. Person B uses Multiple Hidden Rain Blade technique (B-Rank) to control Person A's raindrops and impale him through the head with the sharp rain drops.
If Person B used the C-Rank version of the same technique (Hidden Rain Blade), he would of been unsuccessful in taking control of the raindrop.
This is something useful to bear in mind. However, its a hard idea to digest. Feel free to ask any and all questions which you think of.
