yes i know this. The point is that people are always wanting to ban this and that for somehow causeing something bad to happen(ie guns for killing people) so i used those peoples logic, and a picture made by someone else to satirize it.....we all know that the causes of someone haveing an unnatural death(by murder etc) is not because of the tool, but the user.....kittens are killers, if you were dumb enough to use them wrongly
why because i am joking? Because i was bored while waiting for my next class and remembered this. People like you need to chill, if you dont like something say so, dont go saying"you should be banned"
and just to be clear, this is a joke, a satirization of control laws, and people who blame tools for deaths instead of peoples actions...
how do we know that to be sure
there are other homogeneous liquids out there to live off of,(you dont need water, just fluids all we have to do is make sure that a kid never comes in contact with water, and or drinks it, and the kid will not die.....so until you have someone who has never been exposed to water die, water remains a killer.(just to be clear im not being serious, but honestly you dont need water to live, just fluids.....)
the sad thing is that there are people who are so dumb and easily influenced that you could convince them that water is a major threat and would actually vote to have it outlawed.....
and again, this was never a serious thread.....it was meant to satirize, which few of you understood what i was getting at......

Guess little old Libya is way ahead of you guys in the West. Water banned here a long time ago.
A lot of fluids contain water, so do a lot of foods. Yes, you will need water.yes i know this.
