After doing a set of 6 hand seals make water rise up from the ground in various manners. You can create a body of water for summonings, make a water source, surround a target, block incoming attacks etc.

I begin by channeling my suiton chakra outwards and then converting it into liquid form. With shape manipulation, I shape it into the form of shark and then launch upwards into the sky and then let it crash down onto a dummy.

I start by performing the Tiger → Dog → Monkey → Snake → Boar → Tiger hand seals. I then concentrate and cause large amount of water to start rising from the ground. I then manipulate the water to form a large sphere big enough to swim in. I go into the large water sphere and by using my suiton chakra outwards, I propel myself through the water while making it somewhat hard to see me.
