*performs the one needed hand seal*
He starts gathering Water Release chakra in his abdomen and locates his sensei's clone. Once he thinks that he has enough of chakra to succesfully perform the technique, he stops. He starts moving the chakra towards his gullet and beyond. When it reaches the end of his mouth, he completely releases the chakra out of his body and uses nature manipulation and starts making chakra into water. But, he very swiftly start taking control over the water and stops its spread. He uses shape manipulation and starts forming it into a sphere. He makes it bigger and bigger and when it is ready, he turns himself towards clone. He rapidly, in a split of a second shots the ball towards it, also making it rotate. It moves extremely fast, like a bullet and then he sees why and how the technique got its name because it pierces through the clone and countinues to go into long-range untill a bigger obstacle stops it. Then, he sees that his sensei's made three more clones. He repeats the process of gathering the chakra and transporting towards his gullet and beyond but this time, he only release 1/3 of his chakra out of his body and by using nature manipulation and after that shape manipulation, he creates a rotating water sphere and that is quite smaller and has less power than the first one and shoots it at one of the clones. He uses the rest of the chakra to create two more bullets and makes the other clones disappear as well.
I know that the user needs to already be in air to perform this technique, meaning that it's even worse because certain predispositions must happen for a person to be able to perform your counter which is never good. This time, it's him/her being in air already and he/she must jump in the air, or use another technnique to get into that position in the first place (or maybe me pushing him/her into the air and he/she using that situation as a positive thing). But then again, all things that I've said are still there; the power of the bullet and the radius of damage on impact is too big and the bullet is also too fast. If it won't pierce exactly through the target, it will definitely knock it down, that is, make it lose balance in the air and fall.
Is it good now, sensei?
