Description: After the user performs a series of 3 hand seals Rat → Dog → Ox, the user creates a whip of water that can be used to strike the opponent with a lashing action or wrap around the target to bind them. This technique can also have lightning techniques channeled through when they have bound their victim with the water whip.


by doing those three handseals, you can create a whip in your hand or from a water source to lash out at the opponent, potentially tripping them up and throwing them off guard. The technique is very versitile since if you master lightning you can charge lightning into the whip, providing even more damage.

He sees that the water is getting uncalm and he uses the shape manipulation to fully make the whip. Carefully controling the whip, he sees how it wrapping around a tree.
