.Let's start with the basics. Tell me everything about Suiton in the Narutoverse, it's strengths/weaknesses, abilities, KG it forms, combinations with other elements, everything.
Suiton, one of the 5 basic elements is the most used element in kirigakure, It can be used very offensive, but not really good for defense, it is possible, but not really handy, it is possible to change the water or state it by manipulating the water chakra-structure.
It isg because of the following reasons: the water can be used as a conjuction for the lightning, which is very handy for use in battle, but also because water is weak against an earth style user, he/she will be able the counter the earth style user easy with lightning.
water is strong against fire, because it cools the fire down and it smothers it
Water is weak against earth, because earth can block water very easily, and/or absorb the water

Not bad. About water and lightning, too much water can also diffuse the lightning, the water overpowering the lightning and continuing on. It can be a tricky combination, so watch out for that. Water can be used in conjunction with Earth to create mud, Wind can be used to increase the power of the water, fire can be used with it to create boiling water, or steam. Many ways to combine it, it has both defensive and offensive properties but it has to be handled carefully. Let's begin the training now, enough of the theoretical part.
You will now sit down and focus your chakra within your body, distributing it evenly throughout your body. As you do that focus on the very concept of water, what it is, what it represents.
*sits down* I'm letting the water chakra flow through my body, concentrating and focussing very deep on it.... I can feel the Suiton chakra flow... It feels very calm, not wild, it feels nice, cold..hmm I like the feeling of it... I can feel that the suiton chakra is giving a great life force...

I'm concentrating very good on the suiton chakra..I am channeling and manipulating the suiton chakra, so it creates a small amount of water, the small amount of water is manipulated by me, and if I manipulate the suiton chakra, it can change it's chakra structure... *manipulates suiton chakra structure*, I created some waves that I sent towards that tree over there
I've got a question about this jutsu, can I use Earth Release: Mud Spore in combination with this water technique?

Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.
For the next technique I want you to raise the mist from the water around us, or spew it from your mouth creating a thick, milky white mist. Depending on the amount of chakra used, there will be thicker mist. Now important to know, the mist will fool the Sharingan and Rinnegan, but it cannot fool the Byakugan. Make sure that you are able to sense your opponent somehow when using this technique in order to be able to fight properly. If any questions, do ask them.

I still were controlling, focussing and feeling the mist chakra, you walked through the mist, I could sense your location immediately because of the mist chakra, it responded to your chakra...

Wrong, you cannot sense me in the mist. You can only hide your location from me, for sensing there is another technique. And what do you mean by merge with the mist?

Description: The user will manipulate their water chakra and releasing it from their arm which is held outwards infront of them and they then create a shield of water that can aide in defence against projectile weapons and close combat techniques.
Put your forearm before you and channel Sui chakra in it and release it creating water which you manipulate into the shape of a shield. The shield will protect you against projectiles and close combat but also smaller, D-C ranked fire techniques (within reason).

And you're supposed to do the water shield, not the mist. Read my posts U_U
I am concentrating very good on the suiton chakra, channeling it through my arms, focussing on it, I am molding the suitong chakra in my forearms.... I am reaching out my arms, releasing the suiton chakra, manipulate it and it becomes a water shield!

This technique can also have lightning techniques channeled through when they have bound their victim with the water whip.
After performing three hand seals, use shape manipulation of chakra to create a long whip of water which you can use to strike the opponent or even bind them. This is a fun technique since you can channel lighting through it making it even more deadly.

Description: The user After performing the required hand seals Ram → Tiger spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.
Perform 2 hand seals and spit out a very sticky stream of liquid which can be used as to trap the opponent hindering their mobility. The range depends on the user.
1)I am focussing on the suiton chakra, manipulating the suiton chakra in the river over there, concetrating very well on it.. I'm changing the chakra structure, still manipulating it.. a water shark was created and jumped into the air, I sent it into the direction of a small tree, the shark hit the small tree and it cracked
2)I focussed on the suiton chakra, *performs Rat → Dog → Ox hand seals* the chakra became concentrated, I released the chakra and a water whip was created, (Raiton: Raikou Oonami) - Lightning Release: Lightning Surge, I sent some electrical surges in the whip... I was holding the whip like a boss
