I made that custom you told me to make as well by the way. Forms a layer of water on the ground which allows you to sense ripples/ movement in the water The rain tiger at will reminded me x

The grudge rain tech sounds a bit odd. A large wave created solely by rain? Does that not take a long time to form?
Also, does the rain drain chakra or does it have to be in wave form?

Not that much, you think like that because of the sewer system and the draining of the land, water can be accumulated in large masses in a matter of second given the right circumstances. Imagine chakra as a way to control drainage and prevent the absorption of chakra through the soil, and you keep all the water carried by the cloud and concentrate in on large wave. Through the period of 2 turns, you get quite a large source of water, at least waist high. The chakra absorption is through the water and the rain.

Well then, we're done. I've taught you all methods, so, idyllically, even if more techniques are added to the jutsu list, you can get them by default, as they'll all fit in one or other method, sans small details. Of course, if you have any doubts about a certain technique, new or old, it's better to ask me or another sensei/mod before using it in battle, but, most of the times, the description will suffice (with the added explanations I gave you here). If you have any questions about water, now's the time to ask
