As per your instructions, I gather a lot of chakra into my mouth. Then, by manipulating it into water, I expel the water from my mouth, creating a near instantaneous barricade of water, that can be used for defensive purposes.

A: Near instantaneous.
Also, can be used as a source for a larger attack.

D: Can only be used for defenses
