Konan does as her master told her too before he got to the training grounds.

Konan shifting her gaze to her hands, focuses chakra in her right hand. She then performs the hand seals of rat, dog, and Ox in quick succession. Using the concentrate water chakra this has made, Konan holds her right hand as if she was holding a handle, and from her palm, she fashions a whip of water. Throwing 5 small pieces of paper into the air, with blazing speed, she whips quickly between them, poking precise holes in each. She then prepares 50 paper bombs in her sleeve, and wraps the coil of the whip around a branch of the tree, which she then tugs on, pulling her over the branch. She then drapes her sleeve as she makes the arc over the branch, dropping paper bombs all over the tree. Konan then, using the momentum from the swing, pushes herself away from the tree, as the entire area near it explodes. Konan then courtsies.
Jutsu Used:

Suiton: Suiben) - Water Release: Water whip
Rank: C
Type: Offensive, supplementary
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: After the user performs a series of 3 hand seals Rat → Dog → Ox, the user creates a whip of water that can be used to strike the opponent with a lashing action or wrap around the target to bind them. This technique can also have lightning techniques channeled through when they have bound their victim with the water whip.

Seems as though you have this technique down pat, and have already covered the basics of Suiton from your previous training. Would you like to continue with a performing/RP method, or would you rather analyze the techniques?

Sounds good to me. We'll do three at a time.

(Suiton: Mizuame Nababara) - Water Style: Starch Syrup Capture Field
Rank: C
Range: Short/Long
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user After performing the required hand seals Ram → Tiger spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.

(Mizu Bunshin) - Water Release: Water Clone
Rank: C
Range: Short
Type: Supplementary
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user creates a clone of themselves made of water. These water clones have 1/10th of the users chakra. These clones are also limited in that they can only travel short range from the user without losing control. When a water clone take enough damage they revert back to normal water.
Note: Can only perform up to C rank Water techniques and requires a water source.

(Suiton: Suigandan) - Water Release: Water Fang Bullet
Rank: C
Range: Short
Type: Offense
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: A technique that deals physical damage to the enemy with a liquid mass brought forth from underwater. Its power to kill and maim is augmented by adding a spinning motion to the compactly pressured water. During fights on water, taking advantage of its characteristic ability to attack from anywhere in a 360 degrees radius, in conjunction with other techniques for distraction, confusion and so forth, this technique has an extensive array of applications.
Note: Requires a water source.

So, analyze each technique for me. How it works, the pros, and the cons. If you have any questions, feel free to ask, and I'll also add anything you may have missed.

The first technique is a useful technique for people wanting to halt high speed targets. You focus chakra into your mouth and spit out a blast of high viscosity syrupy water on the ground, creating a trap. It may not be as effective as Yomi-Numa, but It can still completely halt the movement of an opponent if they screw up.
Pros:
-Cheap
-Great against fast opponents
-Can stop techniques that require taijutsu range such as rasengan, simply by halting the user's movements.
-Sets user up to hit their immobilized opponent.
-No water source needed

Cons
-Can be used against the user if done right
-Is still only C-Rank, so it can be removed by most earth techniques, and can be evaporated by high rank fire techniques.
-Only covers a small area unless prepared.

The second technique is a clone technique. Water based, the clones have access to a tenth of the users chakra and can only travel up to 5 meters away from the user. They can only use water techniques up to C-Rank and not much else to say here. They also require a water source.
Pros:
-Good Kage Bunshin alternative
-Able to use water techniques up to their own rank (rank c)

Cons:
-Can only move up to 5 meters away from the user, minimizing their tactical and diversionary use.
-Needs a water source

The water fang bullet is an offensive technique that is literally a compact, high speed spinning, bullet of water. It can kill and deal serious damage. From what I understand, it can come from anywhere under the water source, so you could have it come up behind your opponent to surprise and hit them. This gives it a high amount of practical applications. In this case, the need of a water source is a plus, as it uses that water source as one of its major POI's.
Pros:
-Uses the water source it needs, by making it a tool of destruction!
-Highly damaging
-Fast

Cons:
-.... I guess an earth attack can stop it. That's it.

Note: Ill be Jounin by tomorrow, so don't worry about going to fast. What element should I take next?

Be careful with the "Earth attack can stop it." Remember, if this is used on you, you're more than likely standing on a body of water. Earth jutsu that sprout from your body, such as armors and golems, can indeed stop it, but earth techniques that spring from the ground will more than likely be a poor choice of counter with the Water Fang Bullet.

Also note that the Water Fang Bullet isn't just a sphere or ball of water that is launched, like a bullet. It's essentially spikes that are spinning. It's more comparable to a drill than a bullet.[ ][ ]

Suiton: Kirigakure Shiryoku Hakudatsu) - Water Release: Hidden Mist Eye Sight Deprevation
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15(-3 each turn to keep it active)
Damage Points: N/A
Description: Using the hidden mist jutsu the user reflects the natural light an a way that it blinds there opponent temporarily as long as the opponent is in the mist.
Note: Must have already used hidden mist jutsu

(Suiton: Suishōha) - Water Style: Water Shock Wave
Rank: C-B-Rank
Type: Offensive, Supplementary
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 15-20
Damage Points: 30-40
Descripton: This technique allows the user after claping their hands together to make a spiralling vortex of water to form around them out of nowhere in a vortex like manner. The vortex then proceeds to cascade into an wave of water that rampages towards the intended target or all around. The size and power of the technique is dictated by the amount of chakra put into the technique, varying from C-rank to B-Rank.
(Suiton: Ukojizai no Jutsu) - Water Style: Rain Tiger at Will Technique
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

Go, go, go.

The first one is what we in the trading card game community like to call "support" for Hidden in the mist technique. Essentially, it takes the eerie, distracting form of the technique, and amplifies it, completely blinding the opponent as long as they are in the mist. This is a huge upgrade from the standard obstruction of eyesight, as it might make the opponent think they are under a genjutsu, like bringer of darkness technique, causing them to harm themselves or uselessly use Kai. If I think what is right is right, then this technique should also disable most dojutsu techniques as well.
Pros:
-Similar to a genjutsu
-Completely halts the usage of a tracking dojutsu
-Does not effect the user
Cons:
-Opponent must be inside the mist for them to be blinded.
-Requires the hidden in the mist jutsu to be active to be used. This augments the first con as most people attempt to leave the mist as soon as it appears.

The second is a technique that I really like, as it can create a water source by spreading it all around using it's second effect. It also doesn't require a water source, making it much more useful. In terms of usage as an offensive technique, it could be used as a projectile wave of water. Not much else to it in that sense.
Pros:
-No water source needed
-Creates a water source for more powerful techniques
-Can be used to make the opponent risk harming themselves while using a lightning technique emitting from the body.
Cons:
-Offensive use is quite bland and is easily countered.

The third is for those of us who are indeed users of the hidden in the mist technique, but do not happen to be Momochi Zabuza. This technique is very useful when using any form of visual obstruction technique, especially during the usage of hidden in the mist. This technique could help you sense where your opponent is when you do not have the luxury of sight, whilst your opponent will not gain any form of sensory towards you. This is a great technique.
Pros:
-Sensory for people without sensory
-Zabuza mode for people who arent Zabuza XD
Cons:
-I guess you can hide from the rain. But while you were hiding the raindrops would tell me where you were going to hide.....

LOL that's good enough. Another con with the second jutsu is that it, for a moment, the water rises into your line of sight, blocking your vision of the opponent for a brief moment due to the amount of water.

(Suiton: Suirou No Jutsu) - Water Style: Water Prison
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water by waving the Snake → Ram → Horse → Hare → Ram → Horse → Hare → Hands spread in front palms out. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. Water clones can be used in preparation for the technique, which block an opponent's attack and trap the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water.

(Suiton: Mizu Kawarimi) - Water Style: Water Replacement
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user can freely transform his body into liquid. This form allows him to avoid taking direct damage from many physical attacks but can not attack while in this form.

(Suiton: Mizu Kamikiri) - Water Release: Rising Water Cutter
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: After waving the Tiger hand seal the user slams his foot to the ground, causing water to rise up and travel towards his target as a slicing jet.

Also, quick questions, have you signed the Shark contract, and is water the primary specialty of any of your bios?

I want to sign the shark contract sorta, but neither of my bios have it. Can I sign it with a canon bio that doesn't have it in anime/manga? Also how does one choose a specialty? I wish to do so.
The first is a famous Jutsu, used in many battles. It is used to trap your opponent. It stops them from moving whatsoever, and can also drown them. If you get to a close enough range, and have an opponent who you can't deal with head to head, this is the way to go.
Pros:
-Completely Immobilizes Opponent, halting any Jutsu use.
-Requires no water source.
-Is hard to get out of.
Cons:
-Close range only
-User must keep an arm inside the bubble.

This tech is a free substitution against physical attacks. It is just slower and requires you to become water. You as water can literally just be lightninged or evaporated. That's it.
Pros:
-User can't be harmed by PHYSICAL attacks
-Useful for dodging attacks too
Cons:
-Easily hurt in form by any kind of elemental jutsu
-Can be contained while in water form in a tight space, stopping you from reforming
-Slow in comparison to the Kawarimi No Jutsu

This Jutsu is great. It takes a single handseal, is of the cutting variety of water moves, and is fast moving. You stomp on the ground and a slicing blade of water erupts towards your opponent in the direction you stomped. Pretty simple, but it isn't easy to counter and is good for piercing annoying minor defenses.
Pros:
-Fast
-Cuts, does not push, making it lethal.
-Needs no water source
Cons:
-Is only of C-Rank, onetracking its capabilities.

That is really it for that tech. Do you have a custom contract? Do you have any custom weapons or techniques? I would quite like to learn from you more, especially in a custom way.

I'm afraid canon bios can't sign canon contracts that they didn't have in the series. So, you can't sign Kisame to Toads, but you can sign him to a custom contract.

For a specialties, you list them in your bio. While listing the things you've mastered, all you have to do is write "My specialties are..." You can look at the bios in my sig as examples of how it's commonly done.

Something to add to this, it doesn't halt any jutsu usage. Techniques that don't require handseals or the user to move would still work. Example, Chidori Nagashi, though it'd be pretty dumb to use that while trapped in this jutsu. Certain Genjutsu can still be used, for example.

This tech is a free substitution against physical attacks. It is just slower and requires you to become water. You as water can literally just be lightninged or evaporated. That's it.

Be sure to keep in mind that because this jutsu counts as a Substitution/Replacement jutsu, it can only be used once per match. I also wouldn't say any kind of elemental jutsu can harm you. For example, most Earth techniques would just pass through you harmlessly. I'm pretty sure water jutsu would also be ineffective, though you should clear that up with House. Fire and lightning could cause harm, as you said, through electrocution and evaporation.

Pro-tip: Be sure to mention when you perform this jutsu that you channel your chakra into the ground to turn it into Water. Most people won't call out if you don't, but it's good to be as detailed as possible.

(Suiton: Taihoudan) - Water Style: Water Gun
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Descripton: A strong water wave spit from the mouth that is more compressed than Chaos Water Wave and can carve the earth if used on the same area multiply times.

(Suiton: Seibun Hōfutsu) - Water Style: Water Heavens Convergence
Rank: C
Type: Defensive, Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: After performing the required hand signs Tiger → Dog → Monkey → Snake → Boar → Tiger the user makes water rise from the ground and they can use this water in various ways. They can create a body of water for a water summoning to be encased in and allow them to move around where normally no water exists, or create a body of water to block incoming attacks or surround his target and then drown them.

(Suiton: Suichuu Teigen no Jutsu) – Water Release: Underwater Motion Technique
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: N/A
Description: This Technique allows the user to properl themselves through a body of water by using their chakra. While underwater, this technique will also partially mask the users prescence.
Note: Must be a large water source such as a lake to use.

K, all of those are noted. You didn't answer my questions at the bottom of my post though. Also, what are the requirements to get EIG? The document on it is very vague.

This technique is very simple. You spit a jet of water at your opponent. It does blunt force damage, something I don't really love except in earth and wind techs. It doesn't need a water source, but it doesn't deserve one anyways. Sure if you spit like 4 times you start to carve into rocks. Most C-Rank water techs can do this already with one move.
Pros:
-No handseals
-No water source...
Cons:
-It sucks. You literally spit a blunt pushing jet of water. It is stated even by the techniques description itself that it is weak, I.E."can carve the earth if used on the same area multiply times."
-It does blunt force damage using water

Now. This is a technique that is worthy of A or S rank. You literally go Moses on your opponent and make water. From the ground. Stuck in a desert? Here, take a ****ing ocean! Not only is it used to create a water source, but it can be used to drown and trap your opponent! This move is great!
Pros:
-No previous water source needed
-Hard to halt
-Only 5 handseals for one of the best water techniques ever.
Cons:
-I can't even think of any XD.

This technique just lets you swim fast while underwater in a large body of water. Very situational and really isn't needed.
Pros:
-No handseals
-Masks your prescence "slightly" albeit
Cons:
- It just makes you swim faster. Would be better as a D or E rank XD.
- Needs the water source to be lake size plus.

I do have customs of my own, but I don't randomly give them out. Usually through trades or with friends. To gain EIG, you need to first either get permission from someone who has mastered the Gates to take the test, or permission from three RP moderators. Then, you must take the Tai only test. If you pass, you receive EIG training.

That's a fair assessment of the jutsu, but also note that something that can carve Earth can usually do some nasty damage to skin. I would use this best in short range. Spew a few of those rapid-fire into the opponent's face to do some minor damage, but since it hits the face, the damage can be advantageous at throwing them off guard.

Note that this technique says that it creates a body of water that can encase a summon. It doesn't create an ocean's worth, or flood the battlefield or anything, but creates enough water to contain a person inside. You can use it for aquatic summons, or for simply trapping the opponent. It's essentially like a better Water Prison.

This jutsu lets you use your chakra to propel yourself through water. Note that it doesn't mean you can breathe underwater, so it's not like you can go swimming around for extended periods of time, and you'd travel at your normal speed while running on land. Also, you won't find any elemental E-ranks because E-ranks are considered basic ninja skills that any kid can learn, while it's considered "advanced" to create elements. Just a tidbit of trivia.

(Suiton: Suihachi) – Water Release: Hand of waves
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: the user will produce a fairly powerful jet of water from the user's hand.

(Suiton: Suishi no Jutsu) – Water Drowning Technique
Rank: C
Type: Offensive, supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: After waving the Boar → Dog → Horse → Tiger hand seals, the user will gather a large amount of water to form a large spiraling stream of water. It can be guided to strike a target in a number of angles.
Note: Requires a nearby water source.

(Suiton: Daibakuryuu) - Water Release: Great Exploding Current
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: User creates a whirlpool that sucks any opponent in range underwater.
Note: Must be performed on a water source

Ok then. Do you have a custom contract? What element should I take next?

The first technique is pretty simple. You point your hand at the opponent, and fire a jet of water. This one is described as power and is basically a beam of water. I don't dislike it as a technique, and it can be useful when confronted with a giant fireball, as it is C-Rank for one beam, but if you use both hands and use the technique twice, (once per hand) you can make a B-Rank water blast able to halt up to A-Rank fire due to elemental weaknesses.
Pros:
-No water source needed.
-Powerful to an extent, and that is for just a single hand. Both can be used to make a more powerful version.
-Has practical uses from short range, so like a better water gun.
-No handseals
Cons:
-Is only short ranged

The next technique is one that sort of confuses me. It is basically a guided version of the Water Bullet (Drill), except with less drilling, and it seems to be in a less compact form. It requires handseals and a nearby water source, so I would use the water bullet over this, unless my opponent had high dodging skills.
Pros:
-Can be controlled to go where you want
-Can strike multiple times from different angles
Cons:
-Needs a water source
-Needs handseals, a hefty number for a technique of this caliber. It is basically just a worse, but guided water bullet.

You make a whirlpool that sucks people into water and traps them. Pretty simple. You need to do it in a water source as it isn't a projectile, and you need to get your opponent where you want them to be when you make it. So really, it isn't to impressive. Not much else to say here.
Pros:
-No handseals needed
-Will effectively trap a fast moving physical opponent
Cons:
-Doesn't do much save sucking the opponent in and trap them for a while

That last one really wasn't too interesting. Otherwise, that's about it.

That's entirely up to you.
I'm signed to Lord of Kaos' custom Ligers contract, but I don't own any of my own.

Yeah, that second kinda has be stumped. It seems to be just a projectile-based water technique, but I can't find any images of it.

(Suiton: Kokuun) - Water Style: Black Clouds
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description:After performing the Ram → Snake → Tiger hand seals the user creates a flammable black mist that forms a small cloud. The user can then move the cloud above their target and disperse it, covering the target in flammable oil.

(Suiton: Takitsubo) - Water Release: Waterfall Basin
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: After performing the required hand seals Boar → Dog → Ram the user creates a waterfall by developing spring water in a place without water veins and manipulating the resulting water current to form a wave. This is a very convenient technique as it can be used for training or relaxation. On the other hand, because it changes the environment on a large scale, it also has the effect of hiding one's location from the enemy by confusing them. The width of the water source, waterfall, and basin can be expended, as long as the user continues to send chakra in.

(Suiton: Mizu Tsurudan) - Water Release: Water Tendril Bullets
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: The user will manipulate one of their water clones to dissolve back to water and turn into four pointed projectiles that shoot at the target.
Note: Must create a water clone before hand.

First one is a water technique that covers your opponent in oil. That's basically it. It needs handseals to work, but doesn't need a water source. It isn't a bad technique just not an interesting one.
Pros:
-Opponent is easier to torch
-Hard to block
Cons:
-Needs handseals
-Sort of slow

As for the second technique, it's another Moses technique. You make a waterfall basin. You can use it to hold water summons, or to create a water source for battlefield use. Pretty simple! It is quite a good technique as it can confuse your opponent as it also changes the scenery on a large scale, and only needs 3 handseals!
Pros:
-Free water source
-During its creation it is distracting and confuses your opponent
-Relaxing
-Holds summons
Cons:
-Needs handseals

Now... This is a cool technique. Say your opponent just cut through 4 water clones. Here, take 16 drilling Shikotsumyaku bullets except in water form! Opponent bout to stab through your clone to hit you? Create the bullets from the clone, move yourself into the sword or stabbing tool but in a non lethal way, and send the bullets to wreck your trapped opponent! Only requirement? A water clone!
Pros:
-Uses a generally meh clone technique as a very good lead in
-No handseals or water source, just a clone!
-Powerful, hard to dodge!
Cons:
Zilch. None!

Looks good. Remember the first one, when done properly, can be combined with fire to form a powerful combo. One con to the second jutsu is you have to actually perform the technique to make your clone disperse, meaning it'll take up a jutsu slot and you can't use another technique at the same time unless you have another clone or ally.

As for the first technique, you cut people. Very simple. You kick and punch somebody into the air. You then swing your arm and release a crescent blade of water at your opponent, slicing them in two. No water source or handseals, but can be countered easily.
Pros:
-No handseals
-No water source
-Cutting type
Cons:
-Melee Range
-Easily countered

The second technique isn't too great, however it can be used to better the first tech giving it more range. It's very simple, not needing any water source or handseals. It basically raises your opponent off the ground.
Pros:
-Helps the first tech
-No water source or handseals
Cons:
-Doesn't do much else

This rounds techniques are so boring, God... You make a handseal and shoot a blunt water bullet. It sucks, it has no use compared to any of the better type of projectile. It sucks. Don't use it. No water source but it doesn't deserve one. This should be D ranked. DONT USE IT!
Pros:
-It isn't used by anybody. This is a pro because I cry when this Jutsu is used.
Cons:
-It is the worst Jutsu besides the paper tag techniques in D rank nin.
