Description
♥ bianki gets in front of a bunch of trees then bend down to place her left arm on the surface of the ground and tune in her suiton chakra to travel into the ground using her arm as a transfer medium, She then proceed to assume an upright position... With the water chakra underground she wave the tiger hand seal with both her hands and manipulate jets of waters to arise from the ground underneath her, the jets of water would surface around her [short range] then at her control the jets of water would travel at high speed along the ground to cut off the trees from their roots.

Description
*a handsome clone is formed <.<*
♥ Bianki get to work by quickly waving the six hand seals as fast and accurate as possible, once she has got it, she proceed to knead water chakra that allow her to manufacture a column of water, with her mind tricks she make the column of water to spin rapidly and nonstop then she went ahead to perform shape manipulation on the column of water, she turn the top of the spinning column of water into the shape of a snake with a gaping jaw.

♥ she control the water snake to strike the clone, the snake would swallow the clone with its gaping then turn to a body of water that flows away from her, the body of river would also carry along the clone. She cancel the tech afterwards.

Release: Gushing Water Imprisonment

Description
♥ Bianki make sure the clone is within range as he attempt to get up she quickly knead suiton chakra and transfer it into the ground underneath her. She move the chakra under the earth to mid range from her in the direction she expect the clone to attack from.

As the clone rush forward to deliver a strike she focus on the chakra and at the same time try to time his movement and pace, as he get in range she create a water out of chakra underground and send it rising fast above the ground toward the surface, the water would rise to the surface just in time as he take his next step such that as the leg land it would be engulf in water then the second leg follows, before he could realize and react she had create a flow of gushing water underneath him that would rise up and trap him hence halt his movement. She maintain the sphere of water, using it to drown the clone.
*clone poof* she cancel the tech causing the water to disperse.
Advantage
♥ no hand seals, the opponent may even mistake it for a genjutsu
♥ it happen fast giving the opponent no time to escape ♥ it create its own water source

Slam your hands against the ground allowing you to summon a massive amount of water from the sky. If summoned 10m above the opponent it will cause B ranked damage to them, but I personally like to use this tech as a water source in the sky.

Use your chakra to allow yourself to blend with the water source allowing you to move undetected by others for short periods of time. I don't think you can stay blended for no longer than a turn, and Doujutsu and Sensory ninjas can find you.

Description
♥ With her arms in front of her and up to her bosom she wave the dragon, tiger and rabbit hand seals, maintaining the last hand seal she proceed to gather suiton chakra in her mouth, she turn to face an open field and release the water chakra from her mouth all at once forming a big jet of water, she is able to do this by first sucking in a little air and accumulating energy around her jaws then using the energy and air to force the water out her lips. She direct the big jet of water to strike a point on the earth roughly mid range from her.

Description

Now in the lake, she cease her breath and proceed to tune her suiton chakra within her to match that of the body of water she is in, she does it successfully and for a short moment it look like she was part of the lake, she swim out, resume breathing and proceed to dry herself up

Beastly as$ water technique. The possibilities of its use are numerous, but i'll just tell you how to perform it and you can tell me about its greatness

Perform the Snake hand seal before expelling a large volume of water towards the ground which will lift you upwards as it creates a small ocean on the battlefield, OR, you can create a wave that will lift you up into the air allowing you to travel at high speeds in the direction of your choosing. Once near an opponent you can crash that wave into them. Create a water source on the field so we can use for the rest of training.


(Suiton: Goshokuzame) - Water Style: 5 feeding sharks

Description: The user will create 5 sharks of water to attack his opponent(s) by putting his hand on a water source. While being in a water source, these sharks can regenerate from surrounding water, making them difficult to destroy. However, if the user severe his connection with the water, the sharks will disperse.
Note: Requires water source to use.
Knead your chakra into your favorite hand, reasons why it's your favorite is not needed >_>, before putting that hand on top of a water source while releasing the built up charka with some added manipulation. This will allow you to create 5 sharks of water which will attack your opponent. While in the water source the sharks can regenerate from the surrounding water making them hard to destroy, but if you lift up that hand from the water source then the sharks will disperse.

How to use the template and fill it out effectively. This will also help your career in RP but it is quite a read though I do expect you to read it and carefully at that. I will notice if you have or not, and failure to write out the template correctly will result in a re-do of the jutsu(s).

Performance
When it comes to the performing point of the template, its all about imagination but this one is considered the most obvious of the whole template. When the student performs something you need to paint a picture in the teachers head to give them a clear image of everything that is going on and how you are reacting or feeling about the jutsu. Each jutsu will give different feelings and reaction. It is your job simply to show me how and what you are feeling and what is going on when performing the jutsus.

The things I expect in the performance are two things that are most important when performing the jutsus. The first is called Nature Manipulation. Nature manipulation is when the user will manipulate or control their raw chakra to change in basic nature which is one of the five basic elements. Now most people like to simply say something like this:
I gather my chakra and nature manipulate it into lightning chakra.
Yes this is okay but where is the creativity or the respect of actually wanting to perform and feel the jutsu? Now to explain every basic element properly on how to manipulate chakra into nature with more imagination and creativity such examples like this would work.
With my raw chakra gathered I begin to take focus upon the chakra. I begin to think of the warmth of the very sun and the blazing heat it gives off, I condense the chakra and finally mold the chakras nature into fire.

After gathering my chakra, I begin to take full control over it. I sharpen the chakra having the precious sharpness that surpasses that of a sword. Successfully I mold the chakra into wind chakra.
Now this is pretty much the basis when it comes to nature manipulation on how I see fit and what is best to impress your teacher. Now if you are wondering about how should I explain all the natures, well think about their property. Lightning has high frequent vibration and electrical sharpness, fire is superheated and blazing warm, water is free-flowing and very flexible, earth is rough and versatile, wind is sharp and thin with great accuracy. To be able to explain them you simply have to free your mind and become as creative as you can.

Now I can understand some times you don't want to go that deep into the jutsu because some are more simple then others and I can understand that, all I ask is to try and not be lazy with it.

The second thing that is most important when performing a jutsu correctly is called Shape manipulation. Now this is when you take the chakra or the chakra nature and shape it into any form or shape it requires to be properly formed. Shapes include spheres, animals (All types), blades, ect. This is all about attention to detail, and how precious you want to be when trying to perform the jutsu. Now here is a regular example that is done usually.
I manipulate the shape of my chakra to form a bullet.
Though again, that is not exactly wrong but where is the fun and creativity in that? This is all about paying attention to detail and how much you want to focus up on it. Here are some other examples that are more suffice.
After gathering my lightning chakra, I lengthen its size and sharpen the edge of the chakra to create a spear of lightning.

As I gather my chakra and release it forward, I begin to shape it and make it round as well as smooth leaving no bumps to create a spherical ball of chakra.
This is pretty much all it takes nothing more or less. You do not need to go extreme but detail is always best not only for me as a teacher but when you get in the habit of making proper and creative replies it will follow you in battle and help you greatly their when the time comes.

Creative uses/strengths

Now we are getting to the important part of all this. Now with this template I expect two things each with a total amount of detail. What I mean is firstly I expect you to tell me the strengths of a certain jutsu, I don't care how it works. I want to know what makes it useful. Things like that can include the jutsu is able to move in all ranges giving it a large amount of mobility. Another is you can send multiple attacks with one jutsu to attack more then one opponent or trying to barrage the opponent with attacks to make evasion difficult. Yes this are quite the small strengths but stuff like this count in the eyes of a teacher and needs to be taken in account. Though those are just some small examples what you really need to do is look into the jutsu itself. Try adding all or as much strengths with what you see in the jutsu. Also I understand some jutsus are more simple then others and might not have as much advantages but that is okay, its all about trying and thinking about it. But I do expect 1-3 strengths mentioned.

Lastly to perfect the strength portion, this is simple but something so many students fail to do. When you give a strength explain why that is considered a strength. Yes explain why. This is the most important part because it shows us how you plan on using it in battle and the teacher will be able to pick out what you have done wrong specifically. So simply saying it goes long range does not make it a hardcore advantage because if you think about it, that can also be considered a disadvantage. So by saying that it is very wrong and can confuse the teacher, all we really do is assume and guess what you are trying to say. So trying to perfect it, you would need to say something like this.This is the correct and proper way in doing the strength portion of the template.
The jutsu goes in long range, because of this the opponent will not be able to evade that easily by just pushing back and it can correspond with other jutsus.
Now the second portion of the template is creative usages. What is this is simply a combo or something you would do with the jutsu. This helps the teachers notice your style and what you are likely to accomplish in fighting so if you are doing anything wrong we can inject it and fix it so you do not make a mistake in battle. This is all about just being creative, every jutsu has a unique usage and can be used creatively or at the very least used in correspondence with other jutsus to create a combo to attack the opponent or turn the table on them.

Simple combos are of all kind, and most teachers will explain the jutsus usually giving a combo or a usage you can use, but it is the very basic of it. It is simply meant to show you how it is meant to be used or just to give you an idea. All because the teacher says it does not mean we want you to repeat what we said. You need to come up with another detail or combo. Simple combos could be like sending a fire jutsu towards the opponent and then use a jutsu to shake the ground to put the opponent off balance so it will be hard to react with the attack, and a more powerful combo could be when sending a fire jutsu direct it towards the ground and then send a single blade of wind behind the fire, which you can then activate the blade to turn into a hurricane to create a powerful fire vortex. Though with newer RPers they tend to sometimes use basic combos because they have seen less of the jutsu list or understand it less then others, but when you move on and learn more jutsu creating combos become much more easier and you begin to take action effectively.

Drawbacks/counters

Now this is the complete opposite of the strengths and creative usages. This is as equal as the strengths and creative usages for it allows the teacher to see exactly how is your understanding of the jutsu. Usually when people look at jutsus they tend to leave this with very little detail and failure to explain it properly. This is because many people believe disadvantages are to obvious to try and explain on why its a disadvantage which is the wrong mentality when doing this point. There are things with drawbacks and counter that need to be taken in account. What I usually expect from the student here is at least 1-3 drawbacks and at least one counter for the jutsu you would do.

Drawbacks when looking into it is not explained from the student, it is usually because of the double standards people give to jutsus. As I explained in the above long range attacks would be great attacks but their are disadvantages to them, one being is if the opponent is long range it will take much more time for the attack to reach the opponent so they will be able to counter the attack with ease. The thing is when it comes to advantages their will always be a disadvantage to that very thing. If something is great to use in short range battle it is useless in long range, if the jutsu is a projectile technique it can be used with combos but the jutsu will usually be straightforward and easy to anticipate. This is something always to consider when writing disadvantages that they're will always be one as long as you have listed advantages or mention them. So if you have two advantages mentioned then their is a huge likely hood that their will be two disadvantages with that, so their should not be much of a ratio difference between the two.

Listing proper drawbacks all depends on the way you fight and how you see the jutsu being used, usually it is looked at if the jutsu is sent or used against you, what would be the initial weaknesses you would sense. Firstly too look into listing them you have to take account everything in your senses and the jutsu concept. When it comes to the senses examples include if you send a large fire attack towards the opponent you will likely not be able to see through the fire so you won't be able to see how they are moving or what they are doing. If the opponent tries to use a jutsu with earth release that uses the ground as a medium you will be able to use your sense of feel, to feel the density of the ground begin to shift or change. Stuff like this are obvious disadvantages. Now when it comes with the jutsu concept those are usually the usual people tend to look into, so lets say the chidori only works in close range battle so it can't be used for anything but close range battle limiting the jutsu. Also jutsus that have long list of hand seals are disadvantages because it might take some time to perform the jutsu leaving you open. Streaming techniques are usually not good to use with combos but you have complete control where you aim them. (Notice their how their is a disadvantage but also a advantage because of that ability)

Lastly when it comes to countering the jutsu. Now how teachers picture your combos is usually as if the jutsu has already been sent so saying things like:
While he is performing the long list of hand seals I will send an attack before he completed them.
Yes they work but it will not always be the case like that so you need to be able to counter it as if it was already sent, though its not bad to mention that aspect saying because of the hand seals you can counter before he completes them but it is not what we look at, you are not simulating a battle situation, and that is what teachers what you to try to do and how they want to teach as if you were in battle. Remember when we were talking about how disadvantages work? Those are usually what a person will look at when trying to counter the jutsu, so lets say the opponent sends a lightning blade towards you as a projectile attack, this is what is acceptable.
Due to the fact it is straight forward and easy to notice (See the disadvantage) I can simply figure out where it is heading and I can create a dense defense like a wall or try to overpower it.
So using those disadvantages you listen can be used to make the proper counter towards the jutsu so remember that.

Lastly it is the type of counters we want to see. When it comes to countering a jutsu we don't want you just to stop the jutsu, we want you to turn the table and go on the offense so to impress try to add ways to not only defend but attack as well. Also try not to spam the same counter over and over, what I mean by that is if the opponent sends a lightning attack don't just say:
I will send a wind attack to overpower it.
That is far to generic, yes some techs are more straightforward then others but those should be the ones you can formulate better counters with, its okay to experiment and say something new or outside the box, that is what teachers want to see and what they expect. So instead of using a wind jutsu, why not use a water pillar to launch you in the air and then send a attack to go on the quick offense? Simple yes, but at least it is not generic and overdone.

So that is the basis of everything, all in all try to have fun and be creative with it, this is meant for enjoyment as well as a learning experience.

(Suiton: Uramiame no Jutsu) - Water Release: Grudge Rain Technique

Chakra cost: 20 (-50 per turn while trapped in the vortex of waves)

Description: The user will first perform the Dog hand seal and release his chakra into the atmosphere which will then create an accumulation of large storm clouds in the sky, which in turn produces rain. The large amount of rain falling all around can then be turned into a large wave of water which sweeps the enemy off their feet while wrapping around him and binding him in the flow of water around him. While the targets are trapped in the water, their chakra will slowly be drained away. The water vortex can be sustained and controlled for up to two turns as long as the user keeps the dog hand seal made.

A pretty straightforward technique. The user will do one hand seal release their chakra in the sky creating clouds which begin to rain at a tremendous rate. The rain shoots down which can create waves of water that can act to wash away the enemy when the water reaches its peaking point. Note it does take some time before it releases that much water, so be sure to keep the opponent distracted. Now the water can easily restrict the opponents movement and sap the opponents chakra away. This will weaken them further. Note you must keep your hand seal or remain concentrated to the rain fall. You can keep it going for two turns. I recommend getting a clone or ally to do the hand seal and you can send attacks while the opponent is restricted. The rain can even be used as your own water source.

(Suiton: Daibakufu no Jutsu) - Water Style: Giant Water Vortex Technique

Description: After doing the needed hand seals Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Ram → Boar → Ox → Horse → Monkey → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Bird, extends water over a large scale, surges and rises up to several dozen meters high. Then it streams down to the ground in one big cascade, much like a gigantic waterfall. In doing so, it resembles a huge wave, with tremendous power that can hollow out the ground. What remains after that technique's utilization is reminiscent of no less than the aftermath of a natural disaster. This is a considerably advanced ninjutsu, and activating this technique requires a fair amount of chakra.
Note: Technique Requires a water source.

Another very long hand seal set jutsu which is probably the biggest downside but it is a great jutsu I recommend it. After performing the hand seals the user will manipulate water in the nearest water source to rise and then release it towards the opponent as a powerful wave of water. The sheer power can push an opponent back serious meters as well as catch him in the water, since it moves so fast the opponent will barely be able to move let alone use a jutsu while being washed away. It can cause terrain change which basically can destroy trees with ease and flood the whole area with water, this can harm fire users as well as destroy areas of mountains and damp the ground. It is a devastating streaming technique that can be used as a finisher. Covers a very wide and long range as well.

(Suiton: Uramiame no Jutsu) - Water Release: Grudge Rain Technique
Perform the technique:
Bianki listen carefully to her new sempai then proceed to perform the technique, she walk a few step away from her sempai then turn toward a empty field with a clone standing long range from her then she assume a basic battle stance, she begin to tune her raw chakra within her stomach, once she had gathered enough chakra she manipulate the raw chakra into suiton chakra then with both arms stretched out in front of her she form the dog hand seal with her fingers intertwined, as she successfully make the hand seal she release the suiton chakra stored up in her body into the atmosphere, the suiton chakra would quickly fuse with the water vapor present in the sky to form thick storm cloud that will give way for rainfall, as the water droplets fall to the ground, bianki patiently wait until a satisfied amount of rain drops has gotten to the soil. Using chakra manipulation, bianki gathered the water droplets and form a large wave of water, with her chakra present in the wave of water and intact dog hand seal, she direct the wave of water to travel away from her and engulf the clone in the process restraining the clone and washing it away, she maintain her hold on the clone for while then she release the hand seal causing the rain to stop and wave of water to disperse, as the water flow off it disclose a weakened clone, energy gone out of it, barely alive.
Creative uses/Strength:
♥ I would use this technique to turn the terrain to my advantage if am battling a tai/ken master as their free movement would be hindered.
♥ use to drown my opponent if somehow the opponent can live underwater then I would use it to restrain/bind.
♥ hmm strength of this technique is a good way to get water source in a desert or terrain where there is none.
♥ due to the mass water, fire techniques A rank below are futile and as a result limit the jutsu list for the opponent.
♥ the water wave can travel far distance[long range] forcing the opponent to go for a counter than just invading.
♥ another strength is that the user doesn't lose sight or awareness of the opponent since the water is fused with their chakra
Drawbacks/Counters:
♥ the time it would take to turn the terrain into a pool of water might be problematic for the user since the user would have to ensure that they are safe from the water and the opponent is kept busy
♥ another drawback is the cloud, they are a dead give away making this technique not suitable for a sneak attack.
♥ I would counter with a lightning release: fang of lightning if I would aiming for a stalemate, I would threaten the user to cancel the dog hand seal or receive the lightning of the gods ^^
♥ I would create a double layer earth wall to block/direct the wave of water away from me as well as hide me from my opponent so I can easily perform a sneak attack next.


(Suiton: Daibakufu no Jutsu) - Water Release: Great Waterfall Technique
Perform the technique:

Bianki alerted turn to opposite side of the field to see another clone, she still having the instructions fresh in her mind got to work, with her legs apart for balance, both her arms in front of her up to her chest level and palms place together, she wave the tiger, ox, monkey, rabbit, ram, boar, ox, horse, monkey, tiger, dog, tiger, snake, tiger, ox, monkey, rabbit and bird hand seals then proceed to knead suiton chakra within herself, she release the chakra into the previous wave of water that is behind her now, she continue until she had completely immerse the water pool with her suiton chakra then she use shape manipulate to turn the pool of water into a stream of water, due to it being bianki first time, the stream doesn't rise as fast as she wanted but nonetheless she continued, she maintain her focus on the water as she control the stream of water to travel from behind her in the form of a large wave toward the clone mid range from her, the wave would rush in high speed toward the clone, if it should make contact the wave of water would have enough force to see the clone flying backward, as the wave of water send the clone flying the let the wave of water drop to the ground, the water would drop with a force strong enough to turn the earth on its head. Then She cancel the technique by losing focus on the water and observe the destruction of the water on the earth in front of her
Creative uses/Strength:
♥ placing senbons and kunais in the wave of water I consider a creative used
♥ I would use to extinguish a wild fire as well as change the terrain if I don't like it.
♥ I use to keep the enemy at arm's length, the wave of water is sure to create a distance gap between the fighters either mid or long depending on the user's description
♥ the wave of water doesn't require any further hand seal or extra focus to maintain control of it
♥ the force of the water wave according to description would be strong enough to contest against a A rank earth and either wind or get a stale that they cancel each other out
Drawbacks/Counters:
♥ a drawbacks would be the number of hand seals required to perform this technique, tho for a bio with water specialty might not have problem with this
♥ the wave of water would push the opponent out of the reach of the user that is both parties would be forced to do long range jutsu if this technique is executed successfully
♥ the movements of the water from the user to the opponent would distort the vision of the user to the opponent and as a result if the opponent pull a quick counter it would be harder to react in time especially. if you battling a swift bio
♥ I counter with earth release: earth flow wave to get out of the way and almost at the same time aim for a counter, manipulating the earth underneath the opponent to trap them while I come in for the finishing blow.
♥ wind release: air current wild dance, I will use this technique to push back/divert the wave of water, block the visibility of my opponent so they don't see my next action and deliver damage to them.

Those sharks will rush at their target, come out and knock the opponent high into the air. breaking several of his bones in the process. Then, as his enemy is in a very vulnerable position, the user can freely attack with swords or other ninja techniques.
Note: Requires a water source.

Okay your opponent will have to be on the water source. The user will summon 4 sharks of normal size which race towards the opponent, note you must keep concentrated towards the sharks during their attack. Then they will all try to clash with the opponent aiming to send him high into the air. After that, the sharks are released and you can begin to the next jutsu which can be anything. The opponent will be in the air with several broken bones so a simple finisher is what I recommend, the sharks are able to follow the opponent up to short range as long as the user keeps concentration towards them.

Description: This defensive jutsu creates a wall of water around the user. The user will use the following hand seals to activate the technique Tiger → Snake → Rat → Snake → Tiger. Enemy attacks are completely intercepted by a fence of water blown out from the mouth, and is raised from below with tremendous might. The water is blown out in the form of a circle around the user, and it makes for a defence without openings. It is also possible for the user to control the amount of water and duration at will. Furthermore, because the field of vision is maintained even while defending one can easily go on to the next move, which is a great advantage. The wall can also be formed from a pre-existing water source.

A great defensive jutsu. The user after doing the long but required hand seals they will spew out a large amount and form it around themselves in a circle and acts as a barrier. This jutsu is very efficient defense being A-Rank in power it can easily be able to intercept many attacks. It has no openings neither making it quite solid for your benefit. Now a great advantage is though its a dense water wall their field of vision is still in tact and basically can still see through the water and notice everything going on. It takes away the disadvantage many defensive walls have. Also this water cna be manipulated as well to make attacks with it. So you can both defend and attack by manipulating it as your own water source.

Now set she control the four water shark to travel underwater and strike the doll from below, the four sharks would strike the doll one after the other pushing the doll into the air...
Creative uses/Strength:
♥ I can hide smoke bomb or tag in the water sharks then activate them when the shark get to my desired target.
♥ I can use it to initiate air borne strikes.
♥ strength of the sharks is enough to finish off a weakened ninja.
♥ I can easily combine with other ninjutsu techniques.
Drawbacks/Counters:
♥ the water sharks doesn't go too far so a ninja with faster base speed can get to the user or run further away before they can execute this technique.
♥ it require a water source to form the water sharks. ♥ I would earth release: earth spear technique to reduce the impact of the water shark so I can respond to any further attack or do a quick counter.
♥ I would use wind style: wind blade to destroy the water sharks and damage the user in the process.


(Suiton: Suijinheki) - Water Style: Water Encampment WallPerform the technique:

♥ Bianki release her stored up suiton chakra from her body into the water just short range around her, she spread out chakra then control the chakra to mix with the molecules of water, with that done she stretch forth both her arms and wave tiger, snake, rat, snake and tiger hand seals with her fingers crossed together, with the last hand seal still intact she manipulate the surrounding water to raise up way above her height. Proceeding; she first do the section of water in front of her before moving to her sides then behind, with her now completely raising water she try to rhyme the pressures of the various section of water wall[front,left,right,back], she take her time in doing it, executing it as slowly and perfectly as she could, once this is set; she ask her senpai to throw a kunai at it to test the strength of the water barrier she has formed...
Creative uses/Strength:
♥ I would use to protect myself and my comrades from a wide range fire release
♥ I would use to hide my next or a preparatory attack from my opponent.
♥ The user can see through the wall of water.
♥ The wall of water surround the user hence protecting them from rear-end attacks
♥ The wall of water can be used as a source of water for the user to perform other water related techniques.
♥ A good strength is that the user without a water source can use their suiton chakra to create the water barrier.
Drawbacks/Counters:
♥ the surrounding wall of water only give the user a limited space of movement, that is the user would have to caution of their movement .
♥ the upper and under part of the user is exposed as a result most ninja would go for a airborne or underground attack to counter this technique
♥ fire release: great flame flower; I would aim the fireballs to the exposed top of the water barrier
♥ earth release: stone spike, when am aware of the user's position in the water barrier I would cause three earth pillar to erupt from underneath where they are standing, the earth pillar would be aimed at the user's legs from the foot up to the thigh.

A multiple performance jutsu. The user will create a water pool under the opponent and launch them in the air, at the same time they are launched the user will also jump and appear from behind generating a large amount of water around his arm and strike the opponent. Causing a very large explosion of water. Evasion is tough mid-air as well as it is very deadly for a jutsu. The opponent will have several broken bones and surviving this jutsu would be tough. Now this is a combo in itself but being able to distract the opponent before hand is best. Also if you are ever launched in the air, it will not cause harm, the damage comes from the punch. Best thing to do while mid-air is create a armor, or try to blow away.

Description: After performing the Ram → Horse → Bird the user is able to create a technique that utilizes water to create a spinning water vortex around the user. The water vortex acts both as a barrier and an attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious.
Note: Requires a nearby water source

Okay after doing 3 hand seals the user will manipulate a near by water source close range of them and manipulate it to spin around the user as a tornado. The main purpose of the vortex is to simply defend from incoming attacks since it can be used as a barrier as well as if the opponent is hit by the barrier it can easily impale them as well as push them back due to the force it gives off. The user is able to move around up to long range and can attack multiple opponents. They move at regular speed so they are traceable with the naked eye. Two obvious ways to counter is the opponent will be open to lightning attacks as well as you can simply hurt the base of the vortex on the ground so making the ground shake will force it to disperse and lose shape. Their are many other counters. You can't do any other jutsu attack while performing this technique and must keep focus on it. Also as seen when used in the anime you can see through the vortex making it able for you to move freely.

♥ Bianki manipulate the water underneath the clone using her transfered suiton chakra to cause a minor explosion with a force enough to send the clone awkwardly upward into the sky, she quickly tune energy within her legs and perform a spring jump heading toward the clone in the sky, she patterned her jump such she would arrive in the air behind the clone, she first make sure the clone hasn't recover from the explosion impact nor has he note her presence then she quickly knead suiton chakra into her left hand and release out in form of suiton, she manipulate the suiton to shape into a large whirlpool surrounding the upper section of her arm that is from the fist to the elbow, she then use the huge whirlpool to strike the clone on the back aiming for his vertebrae column [that is along the mid line of the back], this would cause a violent water explosion due to the force of the punch and explosion, the clone would be send crashing into the water body and puff.
Creative uses/Strength:
♥ Instead of performing a whirlpool punch I could infuse my fist with fire or stronger custom element to increase the damage points.
♥ I would use the water explosion to lift my opponent into the air so I can perform other airborne techniques
♥ The force of the whirlpool punch would be strong enough to break through a B - rank defense.
♥ Since the move end with the user in mid air and opponent on the ground or body of water, the user can maintain visual over the opponent.
Drawbacks/Counters:
♥ The user would require abundant source of water to initiate this move and also the opponent would have to be unaware of the water manipulation.
♥ The initiate water explosion seem not to cause enough damage to kill the opponent.
♥ I would counter with ninjutsu: body flame technique to conceal my movement away from the target the user aimed the water explosion allowing me to still stay on the offensive
♥ if in a case the initial water explosion is successful I would evade the final hit by performing wind release: wind stream technique to push me out of the way of the punch.


(Suiton: Mizu no Tatsumaki) - Water Release: Tornado of Water
Perform the technique:
*still in the air*
♥ Bianki release suiton from herself downward toward the water body, she immerse her chakra with the water source then she proceed to make three hand seals: ram, horse and bird. Maintaining the bird hand seal, she control the water fused with her suiton chakra to begin to gather and rotate in a clockwise direction with a short range, the rotation gradually increase until it got to a point that the force of the rotation was enough to push away bodies of water outside the circle and result in a wind wave, she continue manipulating the rotating water while maintaining control on her chakra, she then proceed to cause the water to begin to rise as the water rise, it gather water from around such it would look like a wall of rotating water, she make the wall rise above her level covering her completely, she maintain control of the spinning water for a while then decide to try extending the range of the water wall from her, she mentally stretch out her arm while in reality she push her chakra infused in the water wall away from her, this would cause the rotating water wall to move further away from her, strain could be seen on her face as it took more than it seem to control, once she had gotten the water wall up to mid range she take a deep breath and maintain the water wall at that range. In the eyes of a viewer, it would look like a powerful water made vortex/barrier. She cancel out the technique then produce to land back to the water surface.
Creative uses/Strength:
♥ I would use to conceal my presence/location from my opponent by increasing the range of the vortex to mid
♥ if I don't intend on killing my opponent, this is a good technique to employ.
♥ I would use to boost up a lightning technique rank like Lightning Release: Electromagnetic Murder to increase the range and damage point
♥ it can defend upto B - rank ninjutsu attacks, repel thrown projectiles and even damage the ninja if they come near
♥ it is an all round defense protecting the sides, front and back of the caster
Drawbacks/Counters:
♥ a drawback is that it requires a lot of water to perform and as a result the user chakra wouldn't be enough to perform it and has to look out for external source of water.
♥ another drawback is that it serve as a barrier meaning the user themselves can't move beyond range of the vortex so in a way they are trapped in it.
♥ I would counter by moving away that is long range from the vortex
♥ using an earth technique that protrude earth from underground or airborne like earth release: earth flow wave.


The range of the technique is short-mid, I don't think you can move up to long range

Nope, you have to use the whirlpool; you can't go mixing that first technique with other elements. And you can only use "other techniques" after the whirlpool strike; the main point of this technique is the swirling, tapered whirlpool around your fist that you strike with. If you simply want to burst someone into the air, there are other techniques made just for that. And the explosion of the water is nearly impossible to avoid, which is fine as it in and of itself causes no damage.
And that reference was meant to imply that you yourself can move around as much as you want, as well as that the tornado encompasses up to, but not including long range.
If you would like to move up to three jutsu per post, just ask; the amount of detail and clear effort you are using shows that you've earned it. However, at the same time I don't want to simply bump you up without asking just in case you feel that three would be too many with the amount of detail you use.

(Suiton: Dai Bakusui Shōha) - Water Release: Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave

Description: This technique is a stronger version of exploding water colliding wave technique. The user will first perform the ram hand seal and then spits out a large amount of water that covers an entire area, with massive waves that can crush the opponent. The user then forms the water into a giant orb, instead of releasing like weaker version of the technique.

Okay now this jutsu is very similar to the weaker version and in our RP we use it the same way. The main difference is the opponent will create a giant orb of water that covers the whole area. But that is useless and mainly a double edge sword since you might hurt the opponents movement the same is done with you. The only major difference is if you have a Kisame bio who can swim and breathe under water. So basically this used the same way as the previous one just much more water, ocean like actually. As well as the water is spew with intense speed and powerful vortex that it can crash into the opponent and hurt them as well as drown them underwater. Note this is a streaming technique so you will constantly have to release it which can be dangerous.


(Suiton: Mizu Shishi) - Water Release: Water Beast

Description: The user after performing the Dog → Horse → Monkey → Ram and by manipulating a pre-existing water source and transforms it into a giant wolf-like beast. The beast can launch powerful streams of water from its mouth equivilant to B rank, or sweep the area with its claws to let a powerful torrent of water to wash away the enemies.
Note: The Water Beast remains active for three turns

One of my favorite techniques. The user will do the four required hand seals and manipulate a water source around the area to create a large wolf like beast. Its large in size and power. It can deal some serious damage by either releasing a stream of water or sending a torrent of jet claws towards the opponent as a projectile both B-Rank in power. It can be handy for us as a last resort and to always stay on the offense. Now of course to control the beast you must keep focus, which is safe to say it can harm you especially from snick attacks. So the best thing you can do is have clone or ally to keep it stable and moving. It can also be used to defend attacks since its water is very dense and hard certain attacks it can intercept. Note the beast remains on the field for 3 turns until it disperses or the opponent decides to destroy it. Simple counters is trying to lose the beasts shape. One method is making mud appear from under to lose its balance and tip over. From an attack they are quite simple and straight forward walls, evasion methods, overpowering attacks, ect. Combos are many with this tech as well.

(Suiton: Dai Bakusui Shōha) - Water Release: Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave
Perform the technique:
*approach dry land*
♥ Bianki facing a vast piece of land swiftly form a ram hand seal with her fingers intertwined then she suck in a large amount of air then proceed to concentrate suiton chakra in her mouth, she gather energy within her jaws in combination with the gathered air in her lungs, she forcefully at a rapid rate, spew out water from her mouth, she direct the mass water body toward the ground mid range from her, the large amount of water would turn into waves, she continue to release waves of water until the water had cover up 3/4 of the terrain, she cease producing water from her mouth and begin to manipulate the structure of the water into an orb-shaped body of water, she try maintaining the giant orb-shaped water for a while, attempting to pushing herself to the limit before canceling the technique.
Creative uses/Strength:
♥ I would use this to hinder my opponent's movement since more than half the terrain from me would now be engulf by the orb.
♥ I would use this technique to give me an advantage in performing water release techniques that need water sources to perform, also if my bio specialty include water release or am a member of the gyojin clan.
♥ when battling more than one ninja at a time, this technique would help me reduce the pace of the battle allowing me to keep track of their movement.
♥ this technique doubles the effect and range of most raiton techniques.
♥ do to its size it almost inescapable once the ninja is able to complete the orb.
Drawbacks/Counters:
♥ the giant orb would either block/distort the user's view; as noted by me, when looking through a bottle of water and without, the magnification is totally different.
♥ the user's jutsu combo would be limited as fire or earth techniques would not be encouraged.
♥ I would counter with earth technique: earth dome technique if the released water is aimed at me,
♥ if it aimed at the terrain with the aim of drowning me in a pool of water, I would counter with earth technique: sticky earth drop, I would aim this at the user with the purpose of stopping him before he complete this technique.


(Suiton: Mizu Shishi) - Water Release: Water Beast
Perform the technique:
♥ Bianki ride the waves of water as it dispel, spreading to other parts of the terrain, she jump off once the water had completely dispel leaving a large pond of water in its wake. Bianki first gain her composure and replenish her used up chakra/energy by first taking in air steadily and taking a stance that ease up strain on her upper body that is "standing upright with arms to the side and legs spread at a comfortable distance". Now she release more suiton chakra into the pond of water in front of her then wave a series of hand seals forming the dog, horse, monkey and ram seals. With the seals she is able to cause a giant-wolf like beast made completely of water to come out of the pool of water, maintaining the ram seals she channel more suiton chakra into the beast to tamp it, she struggle with this but eventually succeed in placing the beast under her control, now to test the strength of the water wolf she cause it to release from its mouth a powerful steam of water directly at the side of the terrain with much trees, she note that majority of the trees were not just destroyed but uprooted from its base due to the force of the water then proceed to test its claws which prove likewise, with this bianki cancel the technique.
Creative uses/Strength:
♥ In NW, Instead of releasing a series of B-rank water technique which would take up my 3 jutsu slot I would just use this technique and still be able to release as much B-rank water technique as I want and still save up two jutsu slot.
♥ Another use is to keep my opponent at a safe distance since the breast can protect me from airborne and sideways attack
♥ A good strength of this is that it can take up to A rank fire technique saving the user from going defensive.
♥ Another is the range, since the beast can go as far as the water source allow it that is long range the opponent is forced to counter instead of evade.
Drawbacks/Counters:
♥ the visuals of the beast is not connected to the user so since it doesn't act on its own, you could say it is blind meaning what the user see is what the beast can react to which I believe is a major setback.
♥ Another is the accuracy; due to the size of the beast if you aim to weaken your opponent instead of killing them then this technique is not suitable as I am sure its claws would be able to take out 1/2 of the human body let alone the powerful streams of water.
♥ I would counter with wind release: air current wild dance if I intend to force my opponent into submission, note this technique also last three turns.

Generally, if there's an aspect of a technique which is ranked independently from the actual jutsu (ie. the B-rank stream of water within the Water Beast), it counts as one of your three moves per turn.

(Suiton: Suiryū Kōbaku ) - Water Release: Water Dragon Biting Explosion
Rank: A

Description: The will clap his hands and slam them on the ground, creating a large pool of water that gushes upwards lifting the opponent into the air. After firing the enemy into the air, pool of water shoots numerous water bullets at the (now airborne) enemy while the user does the Bird → Dog → Snake → Rat hand seals which forms the water in the pool into a water dragon which attacks the target, grabbing it and forcefully bringing it crashing into the ground. Tobirama Senju does this technique with his own specific hand seals, similar to how he does some other water techniques.

One of the most advanced techniques in the water section and a personal favorite to use. The user will summon a pool of water under the opponent and then have it rise a rapid pillar which will send them high into the air. As they are in the air the user will do the hand seals required to manipulate bullets of water from the pool previously to shoot at the opponent impaling him as well as making things virtually impossible for movement while getting hit. After the bullets have hit the opponent while he is still in the air, the bullets will reform right behind him and create a large water dragon which attacks him from behind where the opponent will be unable to even notice the dragon. So they will most likely not expect or notice the dragon, the dragon will crash them from behind and carry them back to the ground with tremendous force. This jutsu as you notice has many steps to it and can be taken advantage of when to counter, the best time is when you feel the water on your feet to try and make a counter as soon as possible, don't wait when you are sent in the air for you the bullets will already be sent as the hand seals are being done so manipulating chakra will be too soon. So make sure you try to counter while the water is on your feet and while being launched you execute it. You can though create a dense armor which can help withstand the attacks as well or you can use a wind stream to quickly evade back. Its hard to make combos something basic is to distract the opponent before using this jutsu. Its a destructive jutsu and can easily harm the opponent if caught. Its a great jutsu in terms of range as well, basically anywhere the opponent is they can use it on the terrain when it comes to range.

Description: Using their skills with Water Release, the user generates a powerful vortex of water around their enemy with a swing of their arm that sends them flying upwards and then dispels it with another hand gesture. (Requires a water source).
Note: Tobirama and Mei terumi can perform this without a water source.

Similar to previous techniques. While the opponent is on a water source or close to it, short to mid range to be exact. The user will simply swing their arm and cause a water vortex to appear around the opponent. The water will then shoot the opponent high into the air, the impact it gives off when it sends the opponent in the air is where the damage happens. Certain combos can be when the opponent is in the air to send a air attack like dropping lid to crash them back down onto the ground. After they are sent in the air though you must do one more swing of the hand to stop the vortex releasing it so you can move onto the next jutsu.

Description:After doing the Tiger hand seal, the user will quickly exhale a very thin stream of pressurized water that will be able to cut even rock. The most noteworthy feature of the technique is how fast the stream is and how sharp it can be. By moving his head, the user can alter the jet's cutting path, creating longer cuts or affecting bigger targets.

Okay one of the more destructive jutsus when it comes with precision. You will first do one hand seal and release a very thin stream of water that is heavily condensed. It has the slicing power to cut through trees with ease and other material. Needless to say it can impale the opponent with ease on contact. Its a very fast moving jutsu when released as well, it has the type of speed that reminds me of a standard wind jutsu. The user while releasing the stream can move their head around to redirect the attack how they want, this means you can attack multiple opponents or constructs at once. It can travel a long range as well giving mobility to it. Being a stream technique you have to constantly send it meaning it might not work well with combos alone, it could work as a good finisher though but know that it can leave you open.

(Suiton: Suiryū Kōbaku ) - Water Release: Water Dragon Biting Explosion
Perform the technique:
♥ Bianki standing long range from a clone tune suiton chakra to her hands then clapped them together before proceeding to slam her palms on the ground, as she do this she release the suiton chakra into the earth, this would allow her to form a large pool of water anyway in the terrain as long as it is within long range from her, she create a large water body just below the clone's feet and within 10m of the earth surface. Bianki then shape manipulate her large water body to forcefully flow upward pushing the clone into the sky. Bianki's hands still on the ground and attention on the clone as it flew upward, she cause many water bullet to shoot out of the rising water, she direct the water bullets to strike the clone in air then she swiftly lift herself into an upright position as she extend both hands in front of her, she wave a series of hand seals [bird, dog, snake and rat] and again manipulate the pOol of water to form a water dragon, she wait for the water to completely take the form of a dragon before sending it off to pick the clone out of the sky and slamming into the ground delivering the final hit, the clone puff after the water dragon attack.
Creative uses/Strength:
♥ I would use it to take out two ninjas with one move, I'll focus the water eruption on one ninja while I would release the water bullet at another then use the water dragon to finish both off
♥ I could control the water dragon to place/push my opponent into a setup trap of my doing.
♥ The pool of water can be formed without an available water source.
♥ The pool of water can be formed up to long range from the user making it hard to avoid by simply going further away
♥ It is a combination of three known suiton techniques saving up jutsu slot for the Rp-er.
Drawbacks/Counters:
♥ The water pool can easily be noticed by the opponent from the wetness of their feet
♥ it requires hand seals to form the water dragon from the water bullet, this time gap would give the opponent opportunity to escape or counter.
♥ I would harden my body to become like steel using earth release: earth spear technique to minimize the damage taken.

♥ The water source would be short range from bianki, she transfer suiton chakra into the water source, her chakra would mix with the water giving her control over the molecules of water present at that time. Bianki perform a simple hand gesture with her right arm; "she lift her arm from its resting point that is along the side of her body and swing her arm diagonally making the end point of the swing facing a tree mid range from her, the water respond in a unique way to bianki hand gesture, the water move from its position and proceed to float around the tree; maintaining focus and control over the water infused with her chakra, she increase the circulation of the water around the tree causing the floating water to gather up speed and power thus turning into a spinning vortex, the spinning vortex would uproot the tree due to its power and send the tree flying into the sky. Bianki then perform another hand gesture setting her extended arm back to its resting spot, giving up control of the spinning vortex. This would cancel out the technique.
Creative uses/Strength:
♥ I would use to restrain my opponent movement during battle
♥ I would use to block my opponent vision of me, if possible I would use this move to mask a genjutsu technique afterwards.
♥ It doesn't require a hand seal just hand gestures
♥ the jutsu is an all round attack; since the vortex covers the opponent before tossing them into the sky, it would be easy for the caster to predict the opponent escape route which is below/underground.
Drawbacks/Counters:
♥ It also hide the opponent from the caster, until the user cancel out the technique they wouldn't be able to tell the opponent's reactions
♥ The hand gesture might give the opponent a fore-warning to expect an attack as a result it hard to take the opponent unaware with this technique.
♥ I would counter with earth release: earth shelter technique if I don't want to be throw into the sky
♥ Earth Release: World Shaking, I would use this to disturb the caster's hand movement so the technique either miss or come undone


(Suiton: Suidanha) Water Release: Severing Wave
Perform the technique:
♥ Bianki take in a deep breath as she regain her composure, facing a bunch of trees mid to long range of her, bianki begin to knead suiton chakra within her body, she inhale a set amount of air into her lungs and seal it in, then extend her hands in front of her and make the tiger hand seal, as she does the seal she gather energy just below her diaphragm, lungs and jaws, she create a small outlet on her mouth. Then she use the accumulated energy to release the suiton chakra in combination with the trapped air out into the atmosphere through the outlet on her mouth, as the suiton chakra escape her lips, it would turn into water and due to the system she used to release it, the water would travel in a thin stream, she try to maintain the force she had use in releasing the water as it travel toward the trees, the thin stream of water would easily part the bunch of trees once it come in contact, bianki decide to destroy the trees that escape the first attack, she continue to release suiton from her mouth while she tick her head from left to right and back, she continued until she had completely halved every tree in sight then stop thus canceling the technique
Creative uses/Strength:
♥ I would use to bring down a wooden or earthen wall
♥ When in a handicap battle I can use this technique to keep my opponents at a safe range from me
♥ The technique make use of the head and hands leaving the legs and main body free for the user to get creative
♥ The technique make use of the user's own chakra and doesn't require a water source.
Drawbacks/Counters:
♥ since it make use of the head mostly, the ninja is unable to give good attention to their other membrane especially in the aspect of vision.
♥ I would counter with Earth Release: World Shaking to push the opponent off target as well as cancel this technique.

(Suiton: Suidan no Jutsu) - Water Release: Water Bullet Technique

Description: The user inhales and molds a great amount of chakra into their chest, exhaling a very large quantity of water in the form of a powerful torrent towards their intended target. The stream of water is so powerful and concentrated it can rip through most obstacles in its path. The stream itself contains so much concentrated water that it can flood medium to large sized depressions of the battle field in relatively short amounts of time.

This technique is very similar to the Severing Pressure jutsu, but not as concentrated; it's a larger stream, rather than the thin version of SP. In this way, it allows you to have a larger margin for error, while still having a fairly powerful destructive force like the other jutsu. It's also a good technique to build up a lake of water if you have a crater, especially as a secondary usage of the technique; try to attack, but they dodged so now you have a lake to use. But this technique uses no handseals, and is simply exhaled like many fire or wind techniques. Finally, it's a stream technique, so combinations aren't terribly amazing with it without a clone of some sort, but that also allows you to change the direction of the jutsu, so there's some give and take in this regard.

Description: A defensive technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into water, and then expelled from the mouth in a dense torrent, effectively creating a near instantaneous barricade that can be used to intercept incoming attacks.

This technique uses the tiger handseals, and allows you to simply build up chakra within your body and expel a great deal of water from your mouth in a torrent. Afterwards, you form that water into a large barrier which appears to be like a bowl; curved away from yourself to "catch" an incoming attack. This barricade is effective to stop any Katon jutsu, and a great deal of other techniques. Even Doton, up to A-rank, can be caught by this barricade and stopped. But, since it's also a stream technique, you will need to watch out for Raiton techniques which can be conducted through the water and down into your body, electrocuting you. But aside from that, this technique is near-instant, requires no water source, and can stop a great deal of techniques, even solid ones, making it very versatile and useful.

♥ Bianki tune a large mass of suiton chakra within her chest then with her head positioned toward the trees, she gather energy within her lungs and body muscle and release the suiton chakra with full force through her mouth, as the suiton chakra escape her mouth it would turn into a mass of water, she continue to release volumes of water from her mouth until the water became a large body of water, while she release the water; "water being an unstable molecule" would move in the direction at which she spew it that is toward the destroyed forest, due to mass size of water traveling together the water would be able to crash/push aside trees and rocks along its path. Bianki cease releasing water from her mouth when she note that the forest was flooded.
Creative uses/Strength
♥ I would use to change the condition of the battle terrain to fit my plans esp if I have plans of depending more on my suiton techniques which am about to complete training for U_U
♥ I would use to finish off my opponent after performing Earth Release: Earth Corridor on them.
♥ It accelerate the time taken to perform other water release technique due to the abundance of water
♥ It doesn't create room for a short range counter unless the opponent pull a move that is faster like EIG or swift release.

( Suiton: Suijinchū ) - Water Release: Water Encampment Pillar
♥ Bianki first knead suiton chakra within her body then with her fingers intertwined ahead of her, she wave the tiger hand seal, she channel the suiton chakra gathered within her body to migrate to the empty space in her mouth [inside the mouth], she shift her head to face downward as she release the suiton chakra from her mouth, this would cause water to be formed, she release a large concentrated amount of water from her mouth toward the ground, she close her mouth then proceed to continue, with the tiger hand seal still intact she shape manipulate the mass water to rise up from ground level, high up to her head level then she make the water flow around her maintaining both its height and density, the water would surround her acting as a defense mechanism for her, she release the technique and repeat it again and again until she was able to make the water wall instantly

♥ I would use to create a good source of water for suiton techniques like water bullet.
♥ I would use this to conceal my after-actions from my opponent.
♥ It doesn't block the visual of the user, it just make the image blur.
♥ It can be moved about by chakra manipulation to protect the user from any direction

♥ The user has to maintain focus on this technique making it hard for the user to do a combo

Just a note about the first technique, the "flooding" effect isn't terribly efficient without a depression in the battlefield to fill.

However, for your questions, a streaming technique is a jutsu you continually have to stream chakra to in order to maintain the technique, which means no other jutsu in combo with it. Other types of techniques (assuming I understand your questions correctly) are things like modes, summons, projectiles, etc. And the benefits of mastering suiton are being able to use all techniques, even new ones yet to be released, without further training, and if you choose to include it in your bio, all suiton techniques with one handseal.
