The user spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand. However in our rp system you would need to use a jutsu to counter this as it would be against the rules technically by evading/countering a technique with out using a jutsu to do so.

Next, Gather your water chakra into your gut and concentrate it as you perform the "Ram → Tiger" handseals, concentrating using your water chakra to mold the water into a stick adhesive like substance and spit it at my clone to stop him from coming towards you. Then spit it at my clone in a way that makes it so he can't move or breath.

Advantages

Can spit large amounts at your opponent so that it covers their body as well as cutting of air supply.
can be spat at the ground in front of someone as they are coming towards you to trap them.

Disadvantages

Can once again be countered by nagashi if you get trapped or by using doton no jutsu to make a pillar rise underneath your feet to spring you into the air so that you dodge it.

*As your clone runs toward me, I make the hand seals Ram then Tiger, and begin to gather water chakra in my stomach. Then I open my mout and spit it out aiming at the clones ankles, wrapping around his feet, and stopping his feet in place. I add a little more water chakra in my mouth, creating more syrupy saliva and spit a bit more on clone's head, wrapping it around over his face, making him unable to breathe.*

Description: The user creates a clone of themselves made of water. These water clones have 1/10th of the users chakra. These clones are also limited in that they can only travel short range from the user without losing control. When a water clone take enough damage they revert back to normal water.
Note: Can only perform up to C rank Water techniques.

The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water that have one-tenth of the original person's power. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body without losing control. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water.
In the RP you can only have up to 4 clones on the field and you can only use the clone technique 3X per battle. All elemental clones can only use the element they are made out of. Water clones can use up to C rank water. Earth clone technique which is B rank allows you to create a clone that can only use up to only B rank earth. Lightning clone technique is B rank and only use up to B rank lightning.

Gather your water chakra into the lake as you perform the tiger hand seal and mold a clone of yourself out of water. Then have the clone rise to the top of the lake. You can make the clone form anywhere in short range of you.

Advantages

It helps a little to use clones mainly as a distraction tho. I use them making 1 on my left, 1 on my right and 1 behind me. all in the same position I am in so you don't see the clone that's behind me as our bodies are perfectly aligned. I then have the clone behind me watch my elbows when I make hand seals so that it makes it even harder to tell it's behind me. I'll usually have the clone behind me perform jutsus in unison of me and since the opponent can't see him, they have no idea it's coming and I'll usually do a jutsu that lures them into the jutsu that my clone behind me is doing making a great combo.

Disadvantages

Unlike the ninjutsu version Shadow clone technique, this clone can only use jutsus up to C rank.

Requires a water source.

Chakra cost: 15(-3 each turn to keep it active) Damage Points: N/A Description: Using the hidden mist jutsu the user reflects the natural light an a way that it blinds there opponent temporarily as long as the opponent is in the mist.
Note: Must have already used hidden mist jutsu


Perform the hidden mist jutsu and while your chakra is in the mist, mold the mist to let in natural light and reflect it, blinding the opponent that's in the mist. This works the same way a magnifying glass can amplify light. The mist let's in light by you molding the chakra of the mist to let more light in, this is possible because it's a water substance and water can reflect light. This doesn't blind anyone outside of the mist tho, like how a magnifying glass won't direct light from both sides because one side is letting in the light which is amplified as it passes through out of the other side.

*I bring my hands together, and focus chakra through my mouth and begin to create the mist, then i begin to thicken it. Concentrating my chakra making small openings to allow light to pass through. I then focus my chakra more, so that the reflecting light makes the mist almost look like its glowing bright.*
