A story set in New York, the young protagonist is a hero called Zack. When he was just a little boy, the tragic event happened when his home village was ravaged by an unknown group, who massacred all the villagers, including Zack's mother. He was the only person to survive from the incident. Since then, he lost some of his memories and occasionally suffered from pains. Out of pure luck, he met Daemon, a incredible ninja who saved him and brought him to Compton. He became Daemon's second disciple and learned many fight fighting techniques from him. He grew into a sulky young man who had troubles expressing his feelings to other people.

One day, because of a terrible reason, he had to leave Compton and head into the common world. Zack meets Lord of Kaos during the rescue of some young men kidnapped by bandits. Broly also explained there being an article called Special Jade called Water Bearers, which was able to seize, then use water however it pleases. However, this evil article is now broken into pieces, with those fragments used for horrible things. He asks if Zack could help him assemble all the fragments so they will not be used to harm people.

With the strong will to avenge his mother, Zack agrees to help Daemon with the assembling of the fragments. On the trip, LoK meets a man named Aizen, an interesting yet mysterious person who was seeking power. Eventually, the secret between Zack and Daemon that involved the sword and the seven powerful blade holders had been revealed.
