As you can see, Shinsusenju can use all 5 elements.

Shinjusenju is made of Mokuton. The Mokuton therefore has the potential to create other elements. But water and earth combine to form Mokuton. Thus, Water and Earth are the Progenitor elements.

The Shinju created all the elements. But the Shinju itself is made of Mokuton, which in turn is made of Water and Earth.
This means that Water and Earth could have existed even before the Shinju did!!

Perhaps the primordial Sea provided with primordial Earth with enough water to allow the Shinju sprout into existence, just like how water on soil allow for vegetation.

An interesting note is that in Japanese mythology, the land was created by stirring the sea, then the Sun and Moon were created afterwards, as if earth and water were first in existence.

Of course, it's not the same compared to the manga, but I can certainly see some influences.

Might be, but your theory remembers me of the Second way of thinking....
Bad events turn uchihas stronger, uchihas want to be stronger, so every Uchiha is a bad person.

What are you getting at?

Water & Earth create Mokuton first before the other way around.

That's a pretty big leap in logic. Shinsusenju isn't a being, it's just a construct created by the jutsu caster. It's more likely Spiral Zetsu can use all 5 elements, and just caste his jutsu through the Shinsusenju.

The Shinju can make all elements. But is only made of Water and Earth.

Probably because Spiral Zetsu doesn't have SM. SM not only increases power levels, but multiples it by many times.

So why couldn't Yamato use all 5 elements? Hmm?

Because he was weak. Same reason why Nagato couldn't use RH or COAT.

How very convenient.

I think the more likely reason that the spiral Zetsu was able to use all 5 elements is because they were able to utilize the chakra stolen from the Shinobi Alliance (by the White Zetsu clones).

Saying that the Water and Earth elements are the progenitors of the other elements just because of that one panel is a very weak hypothesis at best.

Well it's possible that the user (the person inside spiral zetsu) is just fusing his chakra with Shinsusenju, and thus allows it to happen.

Of course I don't really know how to explain it at the moment, cause I have too much on my mind, so you could be right. It's kind of like atoms. In the end any atom (except hydrogen) is made up from fusion of other atoms.

There could be certain elements, that are at the very basis in forming the others, though I don't really see how this logic could make sense for nature elements, but it's a manga after all.

Uh... The Shinju is also made up chakra... like ALL the chakra. Couple of assumptions you made here... Juubi has never shown using any elements. Also who told you the shinju was made up of ONLY water and earth, do you really think it's just a simple mukoton construct?
