[Discussion] Water 7

Just finished the Foxy arc (not too bad IMO) and Im now on Water 7 which apparently is one of the best arcs in OP

And im EXCITED I already know franky joins the crew but thats it

wanna give me some opinions of the arc (no spoilers pls)

I wouldn't say it's the best arc. It's second best on my list, but it's really epic regardless of that. It has one of my favourite scenes from OP so far. Enjoy it.

-Lots of action
-Great twists
-Great emotional drama
-No asspulls or lame one-time power-ups
-Great character development
-Lots of interesting things revealed
-Great pacing and build-up
-No useless flashbacks. All are good and well needed

Lol I was hooked after episode 4 when luffy ment zoro, most people say it get good at the Arlong arc (episode 32 or so), it really is an awesome anime luffy is a total badass I started it early December and I'm already on episode 230

well its not that bad you just have to muscle through the annoying parts or just skim through it.
i just used the onepiecewiki and read the arc summaries for when i just wanted to get the gist of what was happening in the anime.
i recommend that you dont watch the anime.
its pretty dragged out

Water 7 arc is good probably my third most favorite arc, first being Marineford and second is Dressrosa.
Water 7 has great plot twists, good pace and decent character development, hope you will enjoy it.

Water 7 and Ennies Lobby are good(not sure if it's all under the water 7 arc or if they count as 2 seperate arcs) Alot of drama and fighting. The SH's hit probably their lowest point so far in the story during this arc with maybe the exception of what comes later at the end of Sabaody. This arc is the start of a great feud.

2nd best part of one piece. Everybody gets stronger than you've ever seen them before and it is just purely epic

Water 7 Is my fave OP Arc. I really started to like the show after Arlong Park, and then it was still good, But i feel it really exceeds expectations on this arc. OP Only goes up from here.

It's definitely one of the more well-rounded arcs in One piece when it comes to pacing, emotional scenes, and action.

But most people would agree it's not the most epic arc. Saboady is so much better than water 7 in my opinon, so is the current manga arc, Dressrosa.
