Watch or Read One Piece?

If I was to start one piece since I'm so far behind should I watch or read One Piece?
I understand it's awesome I've been told that before and I'm going to start it but how should I start it?

Start with the Manga, you'll get through more chapters than Anime episodes.
Than catch up later with the Anime.
That's if you want to catch up really quick.
JUST DON'T SKIP ANY CHAPTERS OR ANY PAGES IN THE CHAPTERS.

I recommend reading for the slower parts, and watching when it is getting to fight scenes. But enjoy it, and don't visit this section so you don't get spoiled. The story is amazing, so don't spoil it for yourself.

and im already in episode 71 but i recomend do same as me you watch all the episode until the latest they made and if you dont want to wait then stick out for the manga of the rest of stories like i made in naruto i watched naruto anime then in shippuden i sticked with manga

It will fly by,don´t worry. Just don´r rush it that much,you won´t have anything out of it after that. But I recommend watching it till the latest ep and then continue with the manga till the latest one, just like the others said.
