I highly doubt it'll be as good as GTA. Nonetheless, it looks very good and original.

I believe in story this game will be better. This is a new IP - unlike GTA. Also the graphics and the 'fun' will be better in Watch dogs, here's why;

* Watch dogs is for PC and next gen, GTA is for PS3 and XBOX 360.
* Watch dogs is a new IP - and new IPs will always be better.
* You can hack everyone, which for me is just perfect

I cannot tell anything about GTA yet - I just know that it's bigger. We have seen characters in GTA and we can see more details in Watch dogs' characters, like this man
