Tbh I'm not really surprised....You can't be this ignorant and not think the goverment or outside forces(illumanti) is watching/monitoring us 24/7. The technology used in watch dogs is not the future it's more like something that can happen right now. People have been hacking into home cameras, wireless internet etc. The goverment definitely has people like that under their control.
