Chohi is more likely to use earth, tsunade is a senju, only 2 elements I seen them using water and earth, hashi both = wood. Hinata I know it seens like wind but shess unique there 4 lighting style, those wolf thingys on her hands.

I was gonna give shikamaru water or wind, but to me he's more like kakashi and sasuke a lightning user, and I pick fire for lee cause of his fighting spirit and have u seen his eyes when he wants to fight lol.
