This will be one big rant to show how much potential of this manga Kishimoto has wasted. Remember it is not bashing as there is a lot of great/epic moments of this manga for which Kishi deserves respect. However If Someone has more potential then another writter then why would he waste it ?. There is no answer for that question. OK I begin so please bare with me.
^^ Kaguya's ressurection, She should live up to her hype. Too bad Kishi screwed her.
Absolute the worst chapter, where the manga went utter shit:
The main problem here was make Kakashi and Sakura join this battle for no reason, or just to show nostalgia of team 7 working together which was unecessary. Kaguya was hyped ot global threat so team 7 shouldn't deal with her, which is poor writting and rushing. Kakashi having Rikudou chakra was very bad idea, Sakura landing hit on Kaguya would be fine, but there should be no damage or just scratch on Kaguya's face.
The other very important problem with Kaguya's defeat is time Kishi decided to get rid of her AFTER just in THE SAME chapter GIVE HER POWER UP, BRING EVEN TSB FOR HER AND add new plot about CREATION OF NEW DIMENSSION. If he was going to end it then what was his purpouse ?, at least it wouldn't look such bad.
Small but still important issue with Kaguya was lacking depth/characterization. Black Zetsu should be back with Kaguya as once, so all BZ's speeches should be her as well. The chakra rabbit demon was also unecessary completly if Kishi added it for lolz.
Why even giving Kakashi PS ?, It was destroyed right away by ash bone and it didn' do anything. Kamui shuriken ? Kakashi would use it without PS... what a joke.
Kakashi shouldn't be able hurt Kaguya, it was just bad joke. Also Kaguya was supposed to have all KKG,KKT not even mentioning that she should be able to use Juubidama... Kaguya's purpouse was also poor, instead of colecting chakra she should want to create the army to protect this world, it would show Kaguya want to sacrifice something for greater good.

Remember I am not bashing Kishi. The manga still has great parts but we can't be blind and pretend to not see bad things as well. I hope it will be treated as constructive criticism allowing make nice debate how would Kishi solve it better.

- Orochimaru should be one shooted and actually shows something, then could get sealed
- We should give some insight of Yata and Totsuka and how Itachi found them or they shouldn't be introduced
- Plot involing Danzo scheming and being temporary Hokage should be prolonged a bit
- Sasuke should get noticable power up after getting EMS
- Kishimoto shouldn't give Naruto flash speed after he used KCM for first time, Of course he would show him still very fast but no need to be that fast if he was nerfed latetly
- EMS Sasuke should join war much earlier and test his abilities
- More panel time for Edo Temsei battles, or decrease Edo Tensei's army number
- Edo Nagato and Edo Itachi should get 3 chapter of pure fight so we could see them at the top
- Juubi should live up to it's hype and show more hax abilties. We should also get glimpse of Juubi Complete TBB destructive power
- EMS Sasuke should join Naruto a bit eariler EMS Sasuke should be close to BM Naruto. Sasuke should recieve Curse seal back which could put him close to BSM Naruto
- BSM Naruto should not be restricted/hold back. Same with Obito especially Juubi Jin Obito.
- Konoha 11 should get more panel time in war arc, all of them should be shown
- Obito should break any defence with Nunoboko sword then loose his resolve allowing Naruto and Sauske to pierce him with PS Kyuubi fusion.
- EMS Sasuke should never need Naruto's chakra to show his power
- Edo Madara vs SM Hashirama should be much better displayed and Hashirama should summon buddha
- The bijuu should put up more fight against SM blind Madara
- Madara should faster regain his both Rinnegan revealing full potential before becoming Juubi jin
- Almost Complete Juubi should get some spotlight, for exampe rampage with throw of random attacks then got sealed
- Juubi Jinchurki Madara should be felt as threat while owning good guys
- Eight Gate Gai should be still impressive but loose against Juubi Jin hurting him badly with Night moth attack.
- EMS Sasuke should put up more fight against Rinne tensei RG Madara.
- Sasuke should got acces to Six paths techniques, Madara also so we would get more entertaining battle
- Naruto and Sasuke should be close to each other
- Kaguya should finally stop care about earth and goes ape shit at the world, sacrificing something to get rid of them-> Massive Juubi TBB would be fine
- Goudama should play more important role.
- Kaguya's defeat should require all good guys effort. Everyone besides Hagoromo power Naruto and Sasuke should be in IT. Obito should be dead as well at this point.

The main issues why it happened :
- Introducing True immortality in this manga(Kaguya, Madara) For example in Dragon Ball Raditz, Freeza weren't immortal but still were treated as threat with respect. It allowed going for killing which would also make some of Naruto's fights more interesting
- Introducing no limit falacy or stating someone is invicible + the most of hype which could be not backed up destroyed character, make him not keeping up his word etc.
- Overusing Hyperbole while feats don't back it up enough: Yata and Totsuka
- Giving too much power/haxx to characters then nerf them/hold them back
Prime example: Obito/Tobi shoudl show more, BM Naruto should be more powerfull. Naruto should get massive boost putting him above Kakashi, Gai(not Eight gate)
Kamui shouldn't be such haxxed
- Kishi shouldn't throw random stuff just to please fanbase...
