[Discussion] Was Tsukishima too powerful

Remember in Fullbring Arc Ginjo shared the powers to all except Shishigaware and Tsukishima
The reason why Shishigaware didnt get it was mentioned but could it be Tsukishima was like Shishigawaresomeone who could gettrouble or does Tsukishima prefer to fight with his own powers im stil curious why he was not getting power i mean he was stronger than all fullbringrrs with ichigos power except Ginjo so if hewould have become power he could have been a good fighter and give Byakuya more trouble
