Was this week's manga and anime both not up-to-the-mark?

Are you guys satisfied with the manga and anime which came this week?

The manga had no plot advancement, nothing. Only that Sakura was shown even more weaker, Naruto gave Kakashi new eyes, and some useless Flashbacks. And over here, the chap's name was Sasuke's rinnegan, even though it has nothing to do with Sasuke's rinnegan but was entirely for Madara'a Rinnegan.

As for the anime, it has nothing. Nothing at all.

Were we over-expecting from this week as last week, there wasn't any release?
