Was the fact that Sasuke's curse mark took the shape of flames foreshadow anything. That and the shuriken in the middle of his face reminded me of a bird. Phoenix maybe?:happy::happy:

No, it's just his curse mark pattern, 1,000+ Of Orochimaru's experiments have them.

I took it upon myself to theorize that Juugo would fully fuse with Sasuke (given that Juugo is forever obliged to Sasuke's will) and give him a far stronger Curse Mark than what he had in the past, and in this instance, your indicative foreshadowing suggests that he would be able to amplify any remnant of the Curse Mark (on any given scale which he obtains from Juugo) and in turn take flight with his Susano'o.

Notable discernment in your case. Definitely in the realm of possibilities.

No it was just characterization I believe. His character just needed a pattern that had a lot of edges and a chaotic pattern to compliment his personality when he goes 'darkside.'

It is interesting that the pattern are black flames though, pretty cool Lol

It may have or may have not.
Either way the fact is kishi has built upon that premise.

Whether it was intentional from the start doesn't really matter as it is there now.
