Naruto accuses his mom of being the true form of the Kyuubi.

I know Kaguya was kinda forced into the plot and sort of came out of nowhere, but maybe this was sort of a connection?

Nah, he’d never seen his mom, plus he’s still naruto, despite seeing it multiple times he still thought the kyuubis true form looked different. He didn’t expect anyone to be there either so he put the 2 together in the most obvious way he could

More likely a reference to Kitsune mythology where foxes often assume the form of women...it's also a throw back to chapter 0 where Naruto was actually a demon fox child and the 9tails was his father.

Kaguya is the 10tails, just a superior form of it...so, saying she was not foreshadowed or forced is wrong.

No, I don’t think there was any foreshadowing of Kaguya until Hagoromo first speaks of his mother.

The only other connection is Kimmimaro being of the Kaguya clan and having a watered down version of her bone ability. & Orochimaru, who can tell who is special, being interested in said clan and ability.
