Here it looks like Minato's left arm was half cutted, while his right arm was cutted completely by Juubito.

But take a look at this...

It looks like his left arm has been cutted completely, however from previous chapters his left arm wasn't yet cutted when Madara only cutted half of it. Did something happaned?

AND how did Minato seperate his Hokage cap where the Black Spheres were still stuck to it when he had no arms to do it?

No I mean, if you look where his left arm from the 1st pics I posted, then you can see his whole left arm wasn't completely crushed which means he still had half of it. However as for the 2nd pics, then you can see his left arm was completely crushed.

I noticed too good find bit hopefully its an drawing error or how minato is laying

It's probably a drawing mistake, since there's not really any other way he could lose a bit more of his arm.

He could have teleported the jacket next to him. He is many makrkings on himself (the kunais he carries) and wouldn't be surprised if his coat is marked too. But regardless of the coat being marked or not, it was displayed many times that there's a radius of about 5 metres around a marking that Minato can teleport himself or others to. As long as he has kunais on himself, he should be able to teleport the coat away from his body to a spot within five metres of himself
