Was there really a character called No-Head?

In the post of 2014 I think there was a guys profile I remember that was about a character called No-Head. The memory just poofed back into my head for me to be asking this question.

Take the two last letter reversed
Na = the Na which can almost sound like "no"

And the first three letters
Hid = Hed which can sound like "Head"
