Was the Juubi in final form when obito became jinchuuriki?

I hope so because in terms of utilizing powers obito is one of the worst besides his kamui

He is the best outer path user in the series, & thats the only path we've seen him use. Dont say he is bad at utilizing his powers when he is one of the best. His only downfall is base taijutsu & that's obviously because he uses it in conjunction with kamui.

OT: Obito will most likely be in control for now, maybe if the juubi gets more powerful he will lose control but as of right now obito has control over the 2nd-3rd version (which shouldnt be a problem for him).

The juubi will definently evolve still. There was wayyyyyy too much hype into the final fom. Kishinev is not that big of a troll. Obito will for sure lose control.
