Was sword of the thunder god a hint Tobirama invented FTG?

It's kinda weird that back in part 1 in the anime Tobirama had a sword called sword of the thunder god. Now in part 2 we see he has flying thunder god and was a skilled swordsmen. I know people don't count anime as canon but there have been times where something that only happen in the anime eventually happen in the manga and I think sword of the thunder god was a hint he had FTG or else Minato would have been the owner of the sword.

IDK makes you scratch your head did Kishi have anything todo with the anime episode? Or is it purely a coincidence?

I would say coincidence. Though I am sure Kishimoto has some involvement with the anime, those are considered filler episodes when that is revealed, and thus not canon.

??? Tobirama used the name during the Senju-Uchiha wars, Minato wasn't even born yet.
