Was Shishui stronger than Minato

He was stronger than Itachi,he had a special sharingan,he posses mangekyu and izanagi,he also knows teleportation.I think he would be a good Hokage cause he was intelligent too.Konoha really was unfair with uchiha's cause I don't see any reason to consider Orochimaru and Minato over him.He was definitely the strongest Shinobi of Konoha that time.

Lol what? He is weaker than itachi according to Sasuke. He is the best shunshin user for sure tho, and his genjutsu is pretty much itachi-tier and could probably equalize with him. He could easily beat minato if he had better feats to say for sure, but in terms of hype, he beats minato. A byakugan user was scared of him and retreated with whole crew, that must say something. Minato is a basic one trick pony with one trick Ftg, which can be easily countered by a sharingan user, not to mention his shunshin could give him the win including his dojutsu prowess.

Pretty much, koto is all he has on minato, especially as another speedster, his shunshin MIGHT be a lil quicker, but it doesn’t make up for ftg, and minatos ubiquitous use of it.

Koto is just his special MS tech, but Shisui was also known for his Genjutsu skills. He took out Cloud ninjas from a mile away with his Genjutsu. If he hides away, he could do the same thing to Minato.

Fugaku is featless. The only thing we saw him perform was a fireball tech and he did have the Sharingan, so him being stronger is a mere assumption because we've never seen him active in combat.

The Itachi shinden novel confirms his accomplishments during the 3rd war were on par with Minato's. The elders(Danzo) and the others hid them from the village which was also a reason the Uchiha were fuming. His epithet was Wicked Eye.
