Was Sasuke's Sage Power Up a Let Down?

The abilities he has shown so far are cool for sure, but dont you think how they work are really... Boring? His S/T requires an interval where he cant use it... While FTG just needs markings and can be easily used for quite a while. Also his Yin Power hasn't been shown except for when he used that Yin Enhanced Chidori (which I really liked). Even his Perfect Susanoo isnt as big as Madara's, and I was hoping to see Sasuke enhance his Perfect Susanoo with the Yin Power.

I just simply think Sasuke wasnt given a power up nearly as good as Naruto's. your thoughts?

do u know what yin power does? to create a physical form from nothingness. its an unnecessary thing for sasuke to do. yang power is to breath life and there are people who needs "breath life", while sasuke only cares about kaguya and sealing her, thats why sasuke doesnt do a lot with yin power. shinra tensei has interval before doing it. limbo only lasts in some meaning time before comes back to the user. rinnegan technique always has interval what do u expect. his PS isnt as big as madara? any proof? anyway can madara's PS fly?

Sasuke never really has opportunities to go all out, his power up is still exactly on the same level as Naruto's, but
look who gets most of the screen time after all. And Sasuke's Susano'o was able to destroy more than just mountains as Madara's did. So, his Susano'o is most likely stronger than Madara's, plus more mobile. Size isn't everything.

Right on all accounts except for the size comparisons.
Madara's is by far the largest and given its size and its destructive power it doesn't need to fly.
