Considering Sarada is around the same age as Boruto, then yes he did.

Unless Sarada is actually a few months older, and Sasuke slept with Sakura right before the events of the last and left again for several years.

That's very unlikely though, he probably came back soon after Naruto's wedding and had a wedding of his own.
