I think that she will, but it probably won't be relevant in the manga. At the end of the series, we'll probably see Sarada's face on the stone faces and maybe a panel or 2 of her as hokage, but it will probably just be one of those "where are they now" moments, and after 1 or 2 panels it will cut to some of the other new gen members before finally concluding with emphasis on Boruto and Kawaki.
