Was people afraid of attacking Konoha when Minato was the 4th Hokage?

if they do try to attack the leaf,they do get stomped by him and on top of that don't forget that Hiruzen isn't old and there is uchiha clan and Hyuuga clan

Just because they didn't attack during his reign doesn't mean they were too scared.. there was hardly any time to attack during his reign.. unless the village's were idiots to break the peace treaty of the 3rd great war..

That is pure garbage. If they were afraid of all the Hokages than they wouldn't have attacked in all of those people's eras. Tobirama was even hunted down by Kinkaku squad along with Hiruzen, and died as a result. Tsunade, Hiruzen, Tobirama, and Hashirama, and Minato were all attacked during their reign. Hashirama by Kakuzu and Madara, and presumably the people that killed him. Tobirama we all knw bwt how he died. Hiruzen by Orochimaru (who was deathly scared of Itachi) Tobi (Minato and Hiruzen were the Kages at the time), Third Raikage (the Hyguga thing clearly shows that Hiruzen was not feared at all), Minato by Tobi, and Tsunade by Pein. Not to mention the Third Shinobi war where Konoha fought Iwa was in Hiruzen's reign.

He was hokage for short time, he become hokage during/or after 3rd war was finished, there were no time for other villages to attack since they were damaged because of great shinobi war.
At that time Orochimaru probably didn't left and Danzo never intented to attack Leaf.
