Was Pain justified in destroying Konoha?

I mean Konoha did kill his parents. And Konoha had the audacity to fight a war in their country without at least offering to help rebuild it. I think when Tsunade started talking about him being wrong for destroying Konoha, that's what pushed him over the edge and made him CT the village.

Slaughtering innocent civilians no matter what happened to you isn't justifiable. That's like saying what Sasuke wants to do is justifiable because Konoha killed off his clan.
