Was Oonoki the last "Dust Release" user?

Does his granddaughter have the tech or was he the last one from the Hidden Rock to use it?
Man, imagine if Naruto had coupled up with Oonoki's granddaughter. His kids would probably have inherited the fabulous KKT release, instead of the Bikugan... Such a shame.

His grandchildren should be able to use it and since it's not a bloodline limit Naruto and Sasuke can learn it if they want to

I don't think onoki and muu were related so there has to be another mechanic besides genetic which gave him the ability. I personally think he physically transfered the ability to him.

Jinton isn't a bloodline limit anyone can learn Jinton if they have the elements for it.
