Do you think Obito may have been under a genjutsu? Now the reason I say this is because obviously this chapter was really strange? And also how can Naruto be doing all that TnJ while still pulling the Bijuu's chakra?

If it is, I think that initially Obito was being TnJ by Naruto but when Obito went for Naruto's throat, he got Sasuke to genjutsu him.. Maybe a bit out there but its definitely possible right?

well dude ... do you remember when Naruto fought Sasuke the last time? the same thing happened and no , he didn't got genjutsu'ed , he was thinking about the evil thing , like why would he return to evil , what was his purpose , etc etc etc , that's what you do when you doubt yourself , right? they were in the mind.
