Was Obito waiting to be unmasked?

What's the point of waking up and shaving all the time just to put a mask on your face? He isn't that young he'd at least have a stubble going on or something.Was he really just prepared for the worst? But christ, if I had a face like that I wouldn't bother shaving at all. I'd leave as much of it covered as possible. I think Obito was excited to show Kakashi his face. The sicko. It's the battle in the forest all over again. Just Tobi screwing around with the leaf.

Maybe he can't grow facial hair well. Maybe he just doesn't like facial hair. Also maybe it gets in his way somehow under his mask.

I don't think he was waiting or expecting to be unmasked. He was essentially invincible and he didn't think that mask was coming off unless he wanted it too. He didn't care about his identity, but others had to think he was Madara for his plan to work(which is a purpose for the mask). Without the mask it would be fairly easy to tell it isn't Madara. Also maybe he didn't grow facial hair because Madara didn't.
